The staff at at checkout and customer service family nice and friendly unfortunately the workers in the deli area are not only unprofessional but treat customers as if we're ignorant stupid uneducated fools this has happened to me almost every single time I've come into this store I don't know if it's a personal issue or the employees there hate their job or Lord forbid racism I'm just sick and tired of being treated like a second-class citizen when I come into this facility!! Especially when my family spends so much money at this establishment I have experience this on several occasions and it has taken me quite a while to post this complaint !! Seeing that this has continued to go on for quite a while I highly doubt anything will come of this complaint which again is extremely sad because Sam's Corporation will be losing a valued customer but maybe I'll be surprised and I'll hear from somebody at the store maybe we can together resolve this issue. With the sincerest hopes I look forward to hearing from a manager.
Went early since Easter is only a few days away. Had a great deal on hibiscus and gardenia trees. Grab them while they are there. Also filled up my tank with gas 50 cents less than in Yulee!
I have to say their service is luxury and I’m very thankful I finally found a good delivery service in Jacksonville.

Sam’s Cafe on Busch Drive has excellent food, a welcoming atmosphere, and outstanding customer service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made everyone feel appreciated from the moment we walked in. The food was fresh, delicious, and served quickly. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend visiting Sam’s Cafe for a great dining experience.

Don't go there trying to save on gas . I paid more than the store next door
This one star rating is not for the Sam's club. It is for the ungrateful people that shop there. 1. It was difficult to park due to shopping carts/buggies literally everywhere except the cart/buggy corrals that Sam's provides. 2. There is trash everywhere. In the carts/buggies, in the parking lot and throughout the store. 3. Shoplifters. I personally saw numerous open boxes of candy and other products that were missing items. 4. The staff that I saw were great. I felt bad for the only cart/buggy chaser that was on shift tonight (August 2nd, 2025). It was closing time and raining. There were literally hundreds of carts/buggies spread across the parking lot. I had already gathered the 10 carts/buggies that were around where I parked and pushed them up to the building. When I had finished shopping I started gathering carts/buggies from the furthest parts of the parking lot. After an hour and probably over 300 carts/buggies gathered, I had to head home. The cart/buggy guy was very great full and even asked if I ever thought about applying for a job. I told him I was just happy to help him out on a Saturday night. In summary, the partons of Sam's on Bush Blvd. need to do better. The carts/buggies are there for your convenience. The least you could do is put them in a corrals when you are done with them. Also, pick up your own trash! Thank you to the employees of the Bush Blvd Sam's Club for putting up with the ungrateful patrons of your store.
Got a nice Sealy mattress and it's really comfortable
Inside is good (except no wipes to sanitize the carts or in the cafe area). The pickup however is a complete failure. Have been waiting 30 minutes for my order. Looks like only one person is working. Do NOT recommend using pickup at this location!!!
