Safeway I want to thank you for allowing such a nice young man with patience to work with me. I know I gave him the blues and the only thing he would say " Say Less" Safeway will take care of it. I know he drove back & forth at least 3x to my home that day. Never showing that he was upset. Again thank for sending Byron to my recuse. He was God sent that day
I called the company at 9 minutes to 5, when they close at 5 on a Friday night. To my surprise, someone answered. I spoke with Vern and he went above and beyond duty. He gladly stated he would assemble my item and then offered to deliver it that night, all at no additional charge. The workers who delivered the item were not only friendly but they also cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company.

I have tried my best to deal with this company. But they have absolutely nudest customer service employees. They talk to their customers with nudest of overtone that makes them completely unprofessional. If you choose to work in customer service, then you should speak to ur customers with a polite speaking voice. I will definitely take my good insurance to another vendor. I was reluctant to deal with you guys again, but now you've sealed ur faith with business. GOOD RIDECENCE SAFEWAY MEDICAL.. And Lady With TheForeign Accent. I needed an in home hospital bed for my older partner who recently had foor surgery and needed to be on the ground floor of our place. I called several other equipment supply companies. They didn't have what I needed. I called Safeway and Daniel got me the best bed that fit our criteria. They delivered it Friday AM. Set up was great and the service tech ,Preston rocked. He gave me a just right over view on how to use the bed. I'm VERY satisfied with everyone I dealt with @ Safeway. I previously bought 2 HurryCanes from Safeway @ their old location several years ago. The company is a great resource for medical equipment needs. I highly recommend the company. Preston & Daniel rock.. Great customer oriented professionals..

He was patient and very caring with patient/resident who laughed and smiled at Daniel helping with wheelchair. He was very professional and informative. Thank you Daniel very much! I had a wonderful experience with my customer service representative Ms. Elizabeth and her supervisor. Everyone was so helpful and courteous from the operator who advised me that Ms. Elizabeth was away from her desk and that I could hold for which I did. After talking with Ms.Elizabeth she was able to walk me through my options, and through her kind and considerate effort, coupled with support from her supervisor, I was able to obtain my much needed back brace! Hallelujah! And thanks for great, and dedicated persons like Ms. Elizabeth and staff!
My order was on back order but as soon as they received it I was on the delivery rooster for the very next day. The delivery guy was prompt and friendly. He did just as the store said he would by calling 30 minutes before arrival to make sure someone would be home. This is the only place that took my insurance and was able to help me. I recommend them 100%. Thanks Safeway for my new rollator
Awesome experience. Preston showed my how to operate the wheelchair. All the functions And Elizabeth helped with order for my husband, all and all great company great getting what we need.
