Unreliable and with employees that fabricate stories to hide their failings. It seems that is possible due to an absent owner, Theresa/Teresa? last name unknown per Danelle? She and Vern are in and out according, to the employees. I never spoke with the owner but was told she determined I would not be provided their services.

I had a Payment issue where money was taken out on the wrong date and i spoke with a Ms.Shawna who provided me exceptionally help and assistance showing extreme professionalism in correcting the issue. Thanks Mrs Shawna i know any business would be happy to have a person like you on there team.
I have been to this facility multiple times, and it was amazing. Not once did I visit and they did not have what I needed. Each and every time I walked in Teresa and Vern greeted me with the biggest smiles and they had the most welcoming attitude. All I can say is THANK YOU so much! for all the help you all have given me and giving me the knowledge that i needed on new product that I did not know about.

I guess they hate answering their phones. Called 3 times only to go immediately to the hold music. Matter of fact, I'm on hold as I write this and its been 4:47 and yet to speak with human still. update: Got someone to answer! Just said "Can I help you?" Before I could answer, she immediately asked what Insurance I have. I guess professionalism is nonexistent there.
I agree completely with Diedra G! From the 1st day over a year ago it has been an absolutely horrific experience! Terrible customer service and a lack of knowledge on the products they sell. Don't try calling, you can't ever reach anyone who can help you. It is always "I'll take a message and someone will call you back". Don't waste you're time, they will never call back. There are always lame excuses and they truly don't care about support after the sale. And don't try ordering anything from them, they will take your money and never provide you a status on what you ordered. And like Deidra G I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, providing this review to every social media service I can find and notifying everyone I know and meet to steer clear of this company.
This has been a a rough ride but the people at Safeway have made it a smooth as possible. The CSR I spoke with about my mothers hospital bed explained everything to me all the way to co-pay ect. I will send all my friends and family to get what they need from them if they don't have it they will get it! All you need to do is ask for Shanna, Teresa, or Vern BEST people I have worked with in yrs. THANKS
Called and was greeted by a wonderful gentleman who answered every question I had. I had quite a few, and through the entire conversation this representative was so professional, knowledgeable of the industry and equipment. I will be returning to Safeway in the future, should I need any more medical supplies. Thank you Safeway!!!!!!!!
Due to a recent accident, I came to Safeway with several medical equipment needs. As a first time buyer, Shawna was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave use what need need. She even went above and beyond to find a couple hard to order medical equipment. You do not have to be an expert, shop here and be confident you are getting the right equipment.
