This company went above and beyond to make my husband as comfortable as they possible could. And also his spouse. When was the last time 2 company employees called you at 8 o’clock in the evening checking on your welfare, well this company did with love in their hearts. I will always remember them and their kindness to us. With employees as good as these two this company will grow and prosper.
Byron the Technician was incredibly helpful and patient with me. I didn't understand the equipment 100% and he took his time and helped me figure out how to properly use everything I had ordered. We went over everything a few times and not once did he seem frustrated or annoyed. He left me confident and satisfied with the equipment and was so nice throughout the entire process. It was an absolute pleasure!
My family and I have been trying to get help with a scooter for my grandmother for months due to her limited mobility and this company sent the most knowledgeable and patient man name Byron Banks to help us. He answered every question, was very patient, and very kind. I am grateful that there are still people who care about what they do for work and he absolutely cares about his job and the people.

Teresa and her crew are AMAZING! They were so helpful when I found myself in a jam. MY wife uses a portable oxygen generator and we were having battery issues. She was scheduled to fly home later in the day, and I called to see if I could get a replacement battery. Unfortunately, they didn't have one in stock, but Teresa wouldn't be defeated. She jumped on the phone and callled all of her fellow suppliers. She was able to secure one nearby and told me who I needed to talk to when I arrived. She was truly a lifesaver. Had she not gone above and beyond, I would have never found the replacement battery in time. She was my angel that day! If you aren't getting your medical supplies from them, you should re-think your present situation.
I recently ordered compression stockings from Safeway, my first time ordering from this medical supply. Unbeknownst to me, the stockings were back ordered. After my attempts to contact Safeway, Teresa called me and was extremely accommodating and pleasant to work with. She worked with me for a replacement and kept me up to date via text message on the shipping progress. While I was initially unsure about my purchase, Teresa won me over, and I will order from Safeway Medical Supply again.
We were looking for a knee scooter for my sister in Houston. Spoke to Daniel. He provided great customer service and was able to set up and deliver the scooter on the same day. In addition to delivery, Daniel was able to give my sister a quick tutorial on how to use the scooter safely. Very impressed with the great customer service. Highly recommend.
I have am posting this new review because I now have a totally different opinion on Safeway Medical. In all my years I have never had any place of business call me to apologize for the treatment I first received. Vern was terrific in taking the bull by the horns and making things right. And then there is Teresa, she went beyond the call of duty to call me on a Saturday night long after their closing time to assure me that I was not being ignored. Vern was out on a personal matter and Teresa made sure he was updated on my situation. For a company to call you and admit their blunder is unheard of. Thank you Safeway. Thank you Vern and Teresa.
They quoted a price on paper which included the therapist recommendations and called the next day trying to charge $3000 more and it was a chair that wasn’t fancy or had special additions that warranted it to cost over $5000. They were going to get the chair from a manufacturer that we could have directly bought from because Ms. Lubna told us she was getting it from SpinLife and it would have been much cheaper for us. Steer clear. They will rip you off to make a profit. They keep harrassing my son and I and I’m going to file a harassment complaint if they dial our numbers again. They are lying saying that’s not what’s happening but they are liars and calling to justify their actions! I don’t want to hear anything from this company! There is absolutely no excuse for taking advantage of disabled people!! Your business should be shut down!
