Horrible company, did not pick up the vehicle for over a month. Made constant excuses and did not coordinate with Manheim to complete pickup in the slightest. Never do business with them.

Vehicle was supposed to arrive 12/22. It never came. Someone then told us the 23rd, 24th and the vehicle didn’t arrive. The vehicle was then supposed to arrive 12/26. It never came. On 12/28/24 we had to pick up the vehicles ourselves. Horrible service. We used Ready Logistics because of the benefits that we would get from the auction with the purchase of the vehicle and using that transport services. This is horrible service and we want to be contacted by management. Staff isn’t trained properly. Bad for businesses. They don’t do what they promise.

My latest experience with Ready Logistics has ensured I will never chose to do business with them again. One of their senior staff, Jessica Gonzalez, lied directly to our office manager about two of our vehicles. She stated that the vehicles were on their way when they had in fact never been picked up. They weren't picked up until 4 days after that. We reached out after submitting reimbursement claims for the vehicles and were ignored. We were told they had no record of either claim. They also swore to get in contact with us to get that resolved and they never did. Unreliable transportation and unreliable staff. We paid over $600 in fees to them and they did not deliver these vehicles for 21 days after payment.

EDIT.....it ended up Taking 50 days to get the vehicle here. This transportation company is owned by COX automotive. The floorplan for my business is through COX Automotive. I bought the vehicle through COX Automotive. When i buy the vehicle, I pay for it from my floor plan right away and interest starts accruing right away. So COX Auto is making money off of me (and other dealers like me) on a vehicle that I cant sell because no one at Ready Logistics can find a carrier to deliver a vehicle to me that is less than 8 hours away. I cant even change carriers because then I lose my arbitration rights on the vehicle. Not a single person at Ready Logistics has lifted a single finger to help get this vehicle here sooner. When I ask to speak with someone in dispatch or escalations, I am told that they "do not have phones". They promise the vehicle in 10 days or less. 90% of the shipments from them take over 10 days. 50% of the shipments take over 20 days, and probably 10% of the shipments take 30+ days. This is borderline fraud.

Once again I have received a bunch of lip service. They do not follow up and return phone calls. The make false promises as to when your vehicle will be delivered. I hadn't used them in awhile so I thought it would give them another try. The results are the same. No communication, no service, false promises and false info as to where my car is at. I am not one to write reviews let alone bad ones. I almost didn't write this one but my hope is that Ready will read this as well as all of the other reviews and make changes in there processes. I hate contribute to there 1.8 Google rating but hopefully they will actually read these reviews and make there business better. Clay McCombs Premier Autogroup

Ordered shipping on the 14th of febuary. They had no problem taking the money. $ days later no communication and customer service does not respond by email. Been on hold for 1 hour and 50 minutes. Never ever do business with them Cox automotive owns them and all a horrible gouging.

I was pleased with the service provided by them. Although I didnt use them for the actual shipping of the vehicle. Here is the scenario, the auction company that sold the vehicle recommended them and I went ahead and I went ahead and made the booking and paid for the quote. However, I realized that the time frame it was going to take to ship the vehicle was not suitable so I called them before any arrangements for pick up were made and cancelled my order. I was able to get someone on the phone fairly quickly, they pulled up the order, and processed the cancellation. Then I spoke with another rep and they indicated that the refund for payment will be processed quickly as the vehicle has not been picked up. I received the refund in form of a check within about 7 days. So the overall engagement with them was quick and easy. Keep in mind that this company is broker and they rely on carriers to actually pick up the vehicle. If no one is able to pick up based on their offered rate then it will take time. That's why I went a different route and didn't use them to broker the transaction.

Have not seen a more poorly run company maybe in my life. Yet they take all of their money right away - and under perform the rest of the process. ZERO stars deserved. They are too large for themselves to manage - all customer service is outsourced - Cox Automotive should be ashamed of even owning this.

It has now been 37 days, and I still have NO CAR. ​This company does absolutely nothing but string you along with blatant lies. I have been told multiple times by their "customer service" that the car would arrive in 5 to 7 days. Every single deadline passes, and nothing happens. They take your money instantly but feel zero accountability when it comes to actually delivering your vehicle. ​A major warning to anyone using MANHEIM: Manheim needs to be called out and held responsible for hiring these absolute losers. By partnering with Ready Logistics, Manheim is actively screwing over their own customers. ​Avoid Ready Logistics like the plague unless you want your money stolen and your vehicle held hostage for over a month with zero communication. Terrible service, completely unprofessional, and a total scam of an operation.

Had an RV picked up from dealership to be delivered to Manheim. The driver stole the audio speakers and amplifier from the RV.
