The worst company ever. It doesn't seem like they care about the pain they cause us as customers. They promised us 5 different ETAs for this car and we are still waiting. DO NOT USE THEM

I scheduled a pickup of a car at Manheim St. Petersburg on 4/30 through the Manheim OVE portal. The shipping was ordered on 5/1. On 5/6 Manheim is calling me asking why the car has not moved. Needless to say I placed several calls to Ready and got the standard "1st carrier was a no show", "2nd carrier had mechanical difficulties", "3rd carrier has not responded".... yada yada yada. Time is money in the auto business. I cancelled the order on 5/8, put the order on Central Dispatch and the car was picked up on 5/9. The original cost was $554 through Ready. I ended up paying $400 to a carrier through Central Dispatch. Dont waste your time with this outfit.

Terrible experience was told one delivery date decided to cancel and all of a sudden the driver picking up vehicle. I am still waiting on the delivery 07/17/25 I will never use again and Manheim need to consider not using this company as a carrier!!!

Scammers… stay away . Don’t waste your time and money. Cars does not get delivered on time . Made order on May 08 from central Florida to Tampa only 80 miles away and until this minute May 17 I have no clue when the car will be delivered. U called them , and keep on giving lies and lies . Stay away

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had them ship a car for us from Houston to Littleton and there was zero communication, lots of phone calls and being on hold for 45 minutes at a time. They say their policy is 24 and 1, meaning they give you an ETA 24 hours out then 1 hour out. This is absolutely not the case. I have been put into contact with 3 different dispatchers for the same driver, none return my call or messages, and never call you with an update. Please please please read all other reviews so that you don't make the same mistake all these other people, along with myself, did. Still waiting to get my vehicle...

I’ve used this company for the “convenience” it’s suppose to bring. I’ve given them specific instructions on delivery and it hardly ever gets done. Hold times to speak to a representative are extensive (currently on hold now for 1 hr and 23mins and counting. That’s how I have time to leave this comment.) I get cars shipped from Dallas/San Antonio to Houston and it takes daaayyyss to get picked up and delivered when it’s a easy delivery. I have my own broker who I use for other transports so I know how quick and easy the process SHOULD be. If they were not contracted with my flooring company I would never use them.

Ready Logistics @readylogistics is H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E! ZERO communication, they take as long as they want, well over a week or more before or IF they ship your vehicles. They do not communicate this information with you. YOU have to call THEM to find out what is going on with your vehicles. Then they try to sell you another service that protects your floor plan days in inventory in the event they take 3 months (verbatim) to ship your vehicles. Good luck getting a hold of a local rep. That will never happen. They are $300 to $400 per vehicle more expensive than the rest of the world and you have no idea when your vehicles will arrive. We were promised a multi vehicle discount. Instead we got a multi vehicle increase! Their drivers are a complete disaster and you will not get your vehicle in the condition you purchased it. Our first experience will be our last. Stick with Central Dispatch. One million times more efficient, professional, and cost effective.

Bought a car from copart and used this company. Paid for everything yesterday. It’s 10 hours away. I will keep everyone updated on how my experience goes. 1st edit: driver accepted then cancelled the next day. Not good so far. It’s been 1 week since purchase and paying for shipping 2nd edit: delivered after exactly 2 weeks. Guy called a day before he delivered it. Gave a good time and showed up the the time. All depends on the state you live in

Worst company to work with. Spent 10 days trying to get support shipping a vehicle. Racked up hundreds of dollars of fees waiting for this company to ship a vehicle. Got all the emails saved for proof showing their failures to get my vehicle shipped. They are a bunch of incompetent representatives/employees that don’t know what they are doing. Yes there rates are cheap but the headaches you’ll face dealing with this company are not worth it. I would advise anyone to pay a different company more more for service and get better service than to deal with these idiots.

Disgusting company that I do not advise anyone to contact, they will take your money and will feed you promises of delivery and stall as much as possible, I called this company 6 times and each time heard that my car will be delivered tomorrow and guess what? It was never delivered, if you do not want to wait more than two weeks for delivery, which took others 1 day, contact another company, these bad people will only ruin your mood and nerves.
