ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH. BEAWARE THEY DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR A LOAD AND SAID THEY SENT IT BACK BIT NEVER DID. AND CONTINUE TO LIE. I have been waiting for them to pick up my Toyota sienna for three weeks now no one has called me or emailed me. Absolutely nothing to inform me about anything. They take their sweet time.

Horrible Customer Service, Horrible Delivery Planning, and all around horrible customer experience. Tried Shipping a Vehicle from San Diego to Phoenix. 3 carriers have abandoned my running driving vehicle for no reason. Now my price has gone up $220 from my original quoted $420. What a joke of a company. Another failed Cox Venture!

They won't stand behind their carriers they hire. I bought a car that was delivered to me with 400 more miles on it than when i bought it and the motor was blown. Their response was the motor was blown before they got it. It took them 15 days to deliver it. It was full of beer and marijuana. i personally haven't seen a car drive 400 miles with a blown motor. Spineless company that doesn't care. And of course they are owned by the same company as the auction. So they blame each other but both deny being responsible.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received after making a payment for vehicle transport on July 2, 2025. Despite repeated follow-ups, your company failed to pick up the vehicle within two weeks of payment. I was given multiple excuses and delays, which forced me to arrange transportation through a different company to avoid further inconvenience. This level of service is unacceptable. The lack of communication, repeated excuses, and extremely poor customer service reflect very badly on your business practices. I expect a full refund for the amount paid, as the service was not rendered. they deserve 0 start review .

This place is absolutely terrible. They do not care when the car gets picked up and they do not care about the customer. They have lied to me over and over again. Please do not use them!!!!!!!! I rarely leave a bad review as I try to support businesses, but these guys are trained to lie, lie, and lie some more. It could take over a month to get a vehicle and that has nothing to do with the weather. IT IS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT THEY DESEREVE!

Don't be in a hurry, they are among the slowest dispatch and transport company in the Country. You can easily wait 2 weeks or more to receive vehicles purchased from Auctions. All of their phone customer service reps are from overseas and read off a script. I've heard the same canned speech over and over about transport delays. Driver's contract to pick up vehicles, but always seem to have some sort of delay.....or simply tie up your vehicle so that they are ensured a flow of transport work without regard to the small business owner waiting on their inventory. Ready Logistics is the absolute worst broker / transport in the Industry. I used them for only one reason, they are owned by Cox Communications and Manheim and they allow me to floor my transportation against the vehicle. Cash flow reasons. If you can use another carrier...Do so, I promise your stress level will be much less

Needed a transit van moved from a parking space. Nelson was very communicative and friendly. Nelson went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly and efficiently. Thank you Nelson and Ready Logistics! I will use unit services again in the future.

I purchased a vehicle for my business on March 17th. On March 26th, i sent my first email and was told the vehicle was pending carrier assignment. On March 30th. There was still no carrier assigned. On April first, i was told that the vehicle was going to be picked up that day. On April 6th, the vehicle was still not picked up. I was told it was rescheduled to be picked up on 4/8. Numerous other calls were placed between 4/8 and 4/16. I was told on 4/17 that the vehicle would be picked up on April 20th. The vehicle finally showed up on 4/22. The reason for the delay is that Ready underbid the transportation, and refused to pay what the carriers wanted to move the vehicle. Because of the delay, i lost my arbitration rights on the vehicle. This vehicle that i bought needs a new transmission, and I am unable to go after the auction, because I only had 14 days to arbitrate this vehicle back for issues. So now, because of transportation delays i am stuck with a 3k+ problem that NO ONE inside of Ready Logistics wants to take ownership for.

Bought a vehicle thru Manheim Auto Auction and there was no damage at all on the vehicle in any of the photos, or listed on the condition report. Then a few days later the transporter (who barely spoke English) drops the vehicle off and there is major damage to the vehicle under the hood and the front bumper is melted like he hooked up jumper cables wrong. Submitted a claim immediately and here we are weeks down the road and their claims department keeps sending me the same brainless emails day after day "What can we do to resolve this in a timely manner?" I sent them 2 different repair estimates and on their website you can clearly see that when the car was picked up it had no damage, but the drop off photos have damage. We refused to sign for the vehicle due to the damage and we asked the driver to leave us a BOL with the damage noted and he just hopped in his truck and took off. Don't use these guys! And if you do, I hope you don't have to file a transportation damage claim because it will take you weeks to get any kind of resolution if you get any at all!!!! Negative 5 Star Review if possible!!!! Horrible!!!!

I really hate leaving a bad review for any company but this one is a must. Maybe Manheim will see all these TERRIBLE reviews and do something about it. I gave them one more chance to transport a vehicle that I bought off OVE and it has been 21 days and still no vehicle. I called them and they said the carrier did not pick up the vehicle on the date they were supposed to and they would escalate the situation. This is exactly why I stopped using them months ago, but decided to give them another chance and their service has not changed and may even has gotten worse. I am absolutely so confused as to why Manheim is allowing this to happen. It is so convenient to buy a vehicle off OVE and push a button to have it transported through Ready Logistics but I am scared to death to even use the service. ACV transport does not have this issue , so I know it’s possible to run smoothly. My hope is Manheim will step in and fix this problem because I really like using their auctions and OVE to purchase vehicles.
