I’ll never use them ever again I wish I seen review before hiring them I’ve waited a month got no updates my unit has been assigned to 3 different drivers all three had truck break down an now Manheim Dallas is charging me daily for the vehicle being there! This is ridiculous please stay away. I’m more confused how this is the preferred transporters for Manheim

These guys told my dealership the car would be delivered Friday after already waiting a week. When Friday comes they change the date to next Friday, without even communicating that to my dealership. We had to call them to ask where our car was. Not only that, but the previous car we had them deliver came with additional miles like the vehicle was driven pert of the way. So disappointed!..Will never do business with again! Poor customer relations, horrible communication.

Wow, this company is a mess, they were supposed to come pick up my car because today is my last lease day through US Bank and they called me to confirm a few days ago. I just wanted to make sure they were coming and called them. Guess what? There is no record of the pick up order and they can't find a tow truck to do it. Such a joke.

If I could I would give them 0 stars I hope they go out of business soon because theirs company cannot serve there purpose for the customers. I waited an extra three weeks for my car and the car still did not come. We had to cancel the delivery so that we can get the car sooner and we drove to pick up the car. They kept extending the wait every time we called. 1000000000/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND they are such a bad company and the employees that work there can’t do there jobs and will tell you anything to get off the phone with you. Again DON’T USE THIS COMPANY TO TRANSPORT YOUR CAR PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.

This is the absolute worst transport company around. They quote a delivery time and never hold to it. Every time we have ever used them the vehicle has shown up weeks or even months late. Their customer support is absolutely horrible. Stay away from this place like the plague. We will never use their service ever again.

Wish more drivers spoke full English. But I understand the freight industry needs as many workers as possible. Other than not speaking English, our contractor was very polite and safely delivered our vehicle to our customer in a timely manner

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the frustration, time, and stress. This was one of the most unprofessional and disorganized experiences I’ve ever had. For nearly two weeks, I was misled, ignored, and left completely in the dark about the status of my vehicle pickup and delivery. Despite being reassured multiple times—most recently by a supervisor named Corina—that everything was scheduled and confirmed, absolutely nothing happened. The responsibility was tossed back and forth between this company and Manheim, and no one took accountability. We received no updates unless we were the ones constantly reaching out. Their lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. I had to cancel the service entirely and make other arrangements on my own. Again, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They are unreliable, unresponsive, and simply not worth your trust.

THE WORST SHIPPING COMPANY EVER. I HAVE WAITED FOR 2 MONTHS NOW ON A CAR I BOUGHT AT AUCTION. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN...

Well we went from a A+ grade hauler to NOT 1 CALL overnight. Now our company passes off shipments to ready. Last person did not speak or understand English. Was hauling with improper equipment, will be banned from our locations for pick up.

This is actually the worst shipping company ever. The customer service team is so unprofessionals, very unproductive, not willing to work, always having the same monologue of answers. And I’ve waited for over 2 weeks for them to ship the car and it is still hasn’t been picked up yet. Shitty company stay away from it.
