Please read all of these reviews and know they are accurate before hitting the transport button on Manheim. I made that mistake and I paid $315 for 2 vehicles to be hauled from Manheim to my dealer 84 miles one way and A WEEK LATER I had to cancel transport due to their lies about “we have a carrier assigned” no they don’t. They say that but then won’t give you the transporter info (because they don’t have one) then each day they will lie and change the delivery date. I can’t believe Manheim still partners with this garbage. What they do is put yours cars up on centraldispatch.com for HALF of what you’re paying which is why it takes so long to get a carrier to pick up your cars. It’s due to their greed. Keep in mind this company doesn’t own any trucks or trailers they are simple the monkey in the middle stealing half to post a vehicle on central dispatch when you as the dealer coulda did that yourself and that full amount would go to the car hauler and it would be picked up sooner.

Like all of the other reveiws on this site mine is very bad too. It would be so easy to leave negative feedback and move on to another company and chock it up to very bad experience. However they billed me for transporting a car they never picked up..I have spoken to several people at the Pheonix office and they promised to issue a credit for the charge. I can not get anyone to answer emails or the phone now, I wonder if any managers at Ready auto transport ever read these reviews?? If I was running this company heads would roll for sure.

This is the worst shipping and transport experience ever. NON-PROFESSIONAL CARRIERS and careless team from Ready logistics. Been waiting on my vehicle ( GA - NC )one whole month and still not delivered because of nonsense excuses from the carrier over and over again I will never use ready logistics again and I will never recommend them to anyone. If they care they should hire better drivers and carriers.

If I could give a 0 I would. The worst transportation company I have ever used. I transport hundreds of vehicles every month and know that I will never use this company again. OVER PRICED an the worst time frame ive ever seen! It has taken over 6 weeks to get a single truck back to me where a normal timeframe would maybe be 5 days. THE WORST TRANSPORT COMPANY. STRONGLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE IN 3 to 4 months and money or time doesn't matter to you. OVER 6 WEEKS is INSANELY HORRIBLE, I could walk to pick up the truck faster.

Buyer beware !!! I just had eye surgery so I ordered shipping thru ready-auto from K.C.KS, to Odessa, Mo about 65 miles it took 9 days to pick up and deliver for 250.00 ! there is no "customer service" they either lie or tell you delivery on the 30th, so I went today 18th. to pick up myself, I get there and they picked up the car an hour ago ?? needless to say a 130 mile ride for nothing but 50.00 extra in gas wasted ! Never again.............

Horrible company to do business with . They take your money but never follow thru with anything they say. Why should I have to call 6 time in a 2 week to find out where my car is. They are incompetent, they lie to your face, the management team should be fired for their stupidity . But Cox has a Ton of money so eventually they will smarten up and ditch this management team. Will never use them again and will tell everyone I know on social media not to use them . Let them lose money then they may figure it out. You got what I paid for

They keep changing my pickup/delivery date, and on top of that, they sent me another bill for $170 because the vehicle is inoperative. Am I sending a tow truck because I don’t want to drive? Of course, it’s inoperative—that’s one of the main reasons someone would request a tow truck! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

Worst shipping company out there. We paid them to ship our car from Manheim auction in SF. They said it would be delivered within 10 business days. After not picking it up within that timeframe we were charged a holding fee of $150 by the auction which had to be paid in order for them to mail us our title. When the car was delivered almost 3 weeks later it had extensive damage to the hood and Headlight. We filed a claim with Ready logistics and told they would be in touch with us. After repeated calls and runarounds with different employees we still have had nothing resolved. They have never made contact with us via email or phone although everyone we spoke to said they would. Never have we dealt with such an incompetent company before. Be wise and spend your money elswhere.

I truly wish Google allowed no stars. This company is by far the worst transportation company we've ever dealt with. When I call they refer you to their portal that shows absolutely no information on the transportation that has been ordered. One day we're assigned a carrier with an ETA on arrival and the next there's no carrier available. Like many other reviews I am surprised that Manheim uses their services. Now going on three weeks and still no vehicle or an answer as to when it will arrive.

Whatever you do, avoid this company at all costs! Manheim should not partner with them or force dealers to rely on their services. They operate as an independent broker that subcontract drivers for their work, which is completely unacceptable. I placed an order in July, and it took nearly a month for my car to be delivered—this is utterly ridiculous. The customer service is abysmal. When you reach out to Manheim, they simply pass the buck to Ready Logistics, and the whole process becomes an infuriating back-and-forth. To make matters worse, the driver attempted to deliver my car after hours. He called and claimed he could get it to me by 9:00 PM, despite the fact that we close at 6:00 PM. This is completely unacceptable! They are aware of our operating hours yet choose to ignore them. Do yourself a favor and seek out any other transport service directly. Steer clear of these people unless you want to throw your time and money away on dreadful service.
