As a Car Dealer in Tucson, we have used numerous chipping companies. This is by far the worst company we have ever used. Their prices are usually above their competitors, they can never pick up a vehicle on time (takes at least a week), and can never get them dropped during their estimated time. Customer service never has a clue what’s going on or why. They can’t tell you where the car is at or when it will be delivered. The normal answer you get is, “let me call the carrier and find out.” This always leads to the next, “we couldn’t get a hold of them.” Please use anyone else but ready logistics.
Actual hot garbage. I placed an order from CA to UT and it got reassigned 15 times. This wasn't even brought to our attention until after we called. No one ever accepted the order, and the car sat for 40 days until I gave up and paid another transport company more money. Don't waste your time
Worst company ever to ship your car with... they don't really do anything besides BS you around, i ordered my car to be shipped from manheim PA to newark nj and its been 21 days and they can't explain why my car did not arrived yet ! I keep getting disconnected on the call with them ... if i could leave a 0 i would do it !
If I could leave a zero star, I would. Ready Logistics is the worst transport company I've had to deal with. We've been using them because it's the default shipper for Manheim. We will no longer be using them. BEWARE: It will take two weeks to a month to get your vehicle delivered even though they say 4-6 day delivery time. Never again.
Never again, do not use this business to transport your vehicle, when I hired them they said 10-14 day, after day 16 I called they said with in seven days I will see it, day 7 I called and they said up to 7 days you will see it, on the 7th day again I called for a refund and the gentleman said it was on its way, I did receive it 33 days after I hired them but they damaged the front of the car, my car was hauled on the bottom on the carrier and the car on top keeped hitting my car everytime the driver hit a bus. It's been 4 weeks now after calling in for this to get fixed and no one calls me back, so I give up and just gonna pay to have the car repaired myself
Never again I will use this company , they cancelled my order and they did not notify me .I buy lots of cars and I used them a lot before but I will never use them again . I emailed and called few times and they did not handle my transport issue at all ,they just know how to bill you fast.
In my 8 years of using different logistics companies...this is hands-down the worst company I have done business with. No proper communication, unprofessional customer service representatives. Unfortunately, I did not learn from my mistake and have used them multiple times to pickup my vehicles; not once has their estimated delivery date been accurate (at least one week late from the estimated deliver date). My message to ReadyLogistics, I understand part of you profitability is to screw people over and work as slow as possible to guarantee payment before delivery, but I promise you, you keep going at this lousy and inadequate level and incompetence will catch up to you. FYI, I am still waiting for my 3 units that we ordered on 12/12....it is now 12/27....Units are only 250 miles away.
I work for a dealership and twice I tried to use them to get vehicles. Both times they missed their "guaranteed delivery" window of 6-8 days they quoted me. The most recent incident I called and was informed the vehicle should have been picked up the previous day, but was assured they would have it picked up that day and delivered by the next day (today). I called today to get an estimated delivery time only to be informed that the carrier canceled and they would have someone pick it up tomorrow. After explaining to them I had a customer who was expecting the vehicle the representative told me she "understands if we need to use another logistics company." How bad do you have to be for your employees' best response to be use someone else? But I will give her credit, at least her response was genuine and actually helpful as I eventually called another logistics company who dispatched someone while I was on the phone. I then spoke to a supervisor who's response was even less helpful as she explained it was hard for carriers in March due to Covid - which doesn't help me in October. She continued to assure me that a quote of 1 week to get a car was very good, despite the fact they didnt actually meet the quote for the second time in a row. She gave the excuse that the carrier broke down and they had to reassign it, which I understand things like that happen. However, it doesn't explain why they didn't meet their delivery time for the first order, why this car wasn't picked up the first day it was scheduled to be picked up, or why I was able to call a different logistics company who didn't wait a week to dispatch out a call. I have never seen a company that did less to meet the expectations they give to customers. TL;DR - take this company's own recommendations and use someone else.
Placed an order 8 days ago, paid for it 7 days ago, and they said 2-4 days delivery. It is only 1 1/2 hours drive away, but the price was reasonable so I gave Ready a try for the first time. Manheim site says "in progress" so I called today and talked to a lady who could not pronounce the name of the car but said it was scheduled to be picked up 4-5 days from today. She only read the computer and could not give any other help- not her fault. I have not used them in the 57 years I have been at this dealership because they are always so high. This time the price was reasonable, but probably a mistake and I think they are slow rolling me. I had been using Manheim's other recommendation who gave good service but quit because they raised the dispatch fee 33% and the monthly fee 300%. Corporate greed. Follow-up. I canceled the order which the lady was happy to do. Said although I paid in advance I would be credited back in 5-10 days. Sort of a one-way street there.
The worst company I ever worked with. They always take forever to deliver cars. I've been waiting for them to transport a car which is only 150 miles away for 10 days. If you want your transportation/cars take forever to be delivered then contact this company. Simply stay away..
