Love this location, I come here multiple times a week. But today I ordered one of my normal wraps and got less toppings than I do when buying a half sandwich(on top of wraps costing more than a full sandwich). I got the wrap remade same size as the last, which is fine since I kept the original wrap but was highly disappointed as the employees kept saying this just happens with wraps when I’ve been ordering from here for almost a year and this is the only time it’s ever happened.
Super cute shop. I got this salad solely for their hummus. Very happy with what I got :) Sandwiches are really good too!
My order was part of a group order -ordered half salad and half sandwich -I have a hair in my salad…not good. You can see it in the photograph-extending from the egg…
Good sandwiches at a fair price. Staff does not speak English fluently and I had trouble understanding some menu options, but they had boards with them written out. Had to repeat my order to the cashier and the assembly staff, unsure when and where to pay and what I needed to do after ordering because of the communication issues, messy checkout process but the food is good.
The quality of food and service here is comparable to Subway, but definitely not worth the price. On top of that, the prices on the menu board are incorrect. When I pointed this out to the cashier, he said he knew the prices had been updated but was unable to change the board. would not recommend.
Ordered through doordash. Sandwich was literally burnt. Mustard only on part of it. Barely any meat. Ordered a bowl of chicken pot pie and a cup of baked potato. The pot pie soup bowl wasn’t even half full. Very disappointed.
First time I've been in, workers ignored me the first 6 minutes I was in there, were very avoidant and didn't want to answer my questions when I did order, and then got super passive aggressive and rude when my order was wrong and I asked if it could be remade or refunded. They DID remake it which was nice, however, they didn't put the avocado on it so I was charged for avocado and didn't get any, i won't be coming back.
Great spot for lunch downtown. Good sandwiches and soups, and it's easy to customize them online. I love that the nutrition facts are built right into the online menu. They've got free Wi-Fi and plenty of seating inside and out.
I’ve noticed that some employees from Potbelly are going to the bathroom while still wearing their aprons. This does not seem very hygienic and could be considered a food safety concern. Aprons should be removed before entering the restroom to help maintain cleanliness and proper health standards in the workplace.
I love Pot Belly’s version of a giardiniera. It’s a nice mix of carrot and veggie goodness mixed with spices that gives me hot and little sour on my sandwiches. If you’re looking for toasted, Pot Belly is one of the OG’s next to Quizno’s. I love the way that you can see your sandwich transform from a cold sub to melted goodness. Subway feels more microwaved and the bread doesn’t hold up as much. I also appreciate the atmosphere and service. 5 stars.
