Ordered the "Big White Wreck." All the employees are surly and unhelpful. Zero personality. The sandwich itself was pretty good other than the oil. I asked for no oil so of course they drenched it in oil. George likes it spicy so I went for the hot peppers. They don't lie, they are spicy, you have been warned. 🔥❤️🌶️

The chicken club sandwich was very well built by the staff and is super tasty. The hot pepper are really hot. Although I loved the overall taste of the sandwich it can use 1-2 sauce options more like chipotle to boost the flavours. I would definitely recommend ordering here rather than Subway. The portion sizes are big as well.

Great juicy sandwiches which are customizable for vegans/vegetarians as well! Good portions provided- they don’t skimp on the add ons. The best sandwich shops in Seattle!

Sandwiches fit well with my idea of comfort and hence I chose this place. The sandwiches they serve here are big but not necessarily bold and could have been packed with more flavors. The decor is lively with friendly colors and tones. I ordered a chicken club and did like the bacon in it and the white bread was soft and fluffy. Something has to be said about the staff, they are extremely helpful!

•Service: I placed a pickup order through their website and they were very punctual. By the time I arrived, the food was already packed with some napkins and it was ready to go. •Food: The food was warm and had ALMOST all the ingredients I asked for. (Except a random cheese instead of what I asked for) Besides of it, I enjoyed their sandwich. •Atmosphere: The shop had enough tables to accommodate customers. If you don’t want to wait in a line, order through their website. It was nice and easy, and I’m more than willing to visit this shop again.

I ordered today 01/12/2024 - total of 3 orders - 6 sandwiches, customized order to have all the options available as everything extra for all 6 and removed all the meat from every sandwich if any, came back home and opened the Mediterranean Sandwich to eat and to my surprise the sandwich was bare bone, half sandwich was not even having anything in it, rest half was a mixture of mayo, hummus, onion, and cucumber, is it called as Mediterranean sandwich from the potbelly menu? Definitely not. Staff seemed very confused, was talking in non-english language all along, milk shake blenders are broken, no shake was included in the order even after ordering, and they did not even inform about it, and when brought up that shake is missing, they said OH, and went to blender, and came back saying it is broken. I am really concerned on all my sandwiches I have left whether they are up to the order standards I ordered or are they all bare bone as the first sandwich was, I do not have a pic of the eaten sandwich but I do have other 5 remaining which I can bring back and get them checked and fixed as necessary, also, next time I will take pictures of all other 5 sandwiches before I eat and post them here for everyone to look at what they look like from the order today. Please fix my sandwiches and make your staff trained to talk in english language and prepare the recipe of the sandwich as instructed in order and not something out of rush or they wish will. Please respond ASAP on this all other 5 sandwiches check and fixes. Update: with in 2 hours (01/12/2024): I inspected all the sandwiches at home, took all the pictures as necessary, went back to the store, talked to the Store manager of the day, he very nicely first asked me to come back tomorrow and will have me talk to real store manager and refund all my money back, then few seconds later, he gave me another option to fix the order and all sandwiches. He very humbly and respectfully worked along with another associate girl at that time in store and fixed all of my order sandwiches - total of 8 sandwiches were fixed and handed over to me. With all the respect and attention that was given to me and on my order, I said very thank you to both, hugged the store manager to express my gratitude. Now with that all set of positive outcome, I have raised my rating from 1 star to 5 star to all categories Food, Service and Atmosphere as they made me feel special. Please as a request give both of them a very good raise in some way or the other, make them feel appreciated more to what they do and go extra mile. Thanks.

I usually buy the pizza sandwich from here and it is delicious. The other day I went in to pick up a mobile order and they said they didn't receive it. Turns out I had ordered it for the wrong location. They had every reason to send me on my way but instead they made the sandwich at the location I was at free of charge. I had no expectation for them to do that. Thanks for going above and beyond. This is one reason why potbelly is one of my favorite places to go to.

Horrible service, hyper fixated on getting the order in but by the time the sandwich is in your hands it’s cold. There was cross contamination on my sandwich (I have allergies), every single table was dirty. They forgot the two add ons on my sandwich (bacon and avocado) and when they added it , it was sliding down out the bottom of the sandwich.

Good good, decent prices, but a typical chain. Dirty tables, barebone service. Soups, while tasty, are thrown into a heater from a sealed plastic container the factory has cooked it in. It's alright for a snack, or quick lunch.

The people were nice but for the avo turkey sandwich there was barely any avocado. I probably only got 3 or 4 thin slices. A bit disappointed compared to last time. The toppings could have been evened out a bit more rather than staying all in the middle.
