I came to pick up clothes and Otianna was so sweet! She complimented me and made easy conversation and was very helpful and told me about the new drops which was very helpful i will be coming back! thank you otianna
The workers here need to be trained and the management needs to do better. They bought my authentic Burberry shirt for $8. I wasn’t present at the time of pick up, if not I would have stoped it! If you love to get scammed, take your clothes here!
All the staff was beyond the best and most friendly. I CANNOT THANK JACKIE, ALYSSA , AND EMILY ENOUGH THEY WERE THE NICEST MOST AMAZING EMPLOYEES EVER!!! I was in a rush and they still provided me the best service and experience I could possibly have. Literally cannot say anything but great things about this store, I loved the experience from start to finish!
When coming into this location, there AC has been out. I was told that there were someone there fixing it when coming back. It still was not fixed. I feel terribly sorry for these young girls that are working in this environment when it’s 100° outside they should be closed till the issue is solved or at least get these young girls some fans in this place I couldn’t even try on clothes because I was so sweaty. How do you expect to sell items in an uncomfortable environment?
Five stars all the way! My shopping trip at Plato’s Closet was such a great experience from start to finish. The store was clean, organized, and had a great selection. Definitely one of the better locations I’ve been to. Brandy made the visit even better. She was truly lovely! So kind, easy to talk to, and helpful in a natural way. She showed me pieces I was interested in and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Great finds, great vibe, and genuinely kind people. I’ll absolutely be back!

Why are the girls that work there so RUDE? You’re working in retail so that means customer service is included in your job description! If you don’t want to deal with people find somewhere else work because customers shouldn’t have to deal with such crappy attitudes! Got a couple of things amend the girl working there register made me uncomfortable and not want to go back! I’ve been there a handful of times and have NEVER been treated so poorly!

Don’t waste your time here trying to sell your clothes whether it’s a lot or a little. These kids working here will ruffle your clothes making you think they looked through it, but really didn’t. I gave 2 small boxes worth of clothes that I’ve had from 17-23 years old. I’m currently 24. I wasted my time trying to sell my items for EVERYTHING to be given back, because what I have is not what they’re looking for. What they’re looking for is “teen casual”. When I asked what that looked like, the girl said “crop tops, jeans with holes, you know what teens would wear like 20 year olds or young adults”. The kids at this location turned away shein, forever 21, hollister, and even their own clothes that I’ve gotten from this location, which includes crop tops, jeans with holes, and even club dresses, mini skirts, and shorts. I don’t know a single “teen” or “young adult”, like myself, to not wear a single item from two boxes I tried to sell.
