Kenzie and Branzen were amazing, quick and efficient with little wait. Branzen took my items for sale and made the process super easy, and Kenzie made retrieving my items quick. She was fun to engage with, will definitely keep coming back for the great service.

Me and my friend came in to sell our clothes and we had such an easy and smooth process given it being our first time. One of the employees at this location, Violet, helped us out so much as well!

I dropped my clothes off at 3:56 and they told me 2 hours. It’s 6:40 and they have not even started my clothes. I waited in line here for over 15 minutes and the app says my clothes would be ready at 5pm. This is ridiculous. Do NOT use this location.

Jazmine was amazing! Super friendly, patient, and helpful the entire time. She made the whole shopping/selling process so easy and stress-free. Definitely one of the nicest people I’ve met at Plato’s Closet!

Pretty cool store and it is not chaotic at all with all of the Covid-19 restrictions. The store was well organized and the staff was very friendly. Definitely a store I will be visiting again in the Spring. Tempest Universe Podcast Approved 👏👍👨‍🚀🛸👽

BEWARE - THEY SOLD ME A FAKE LOUIS VUITTON I went into the store last night and scored a LV Pallas BB that was in great condition. Asked the employee if it the handbag was was authentic and was told all designer handbags are authenticated. I felt at ease when they said it was authentic, so I made the purchase. Little did I know, it was fake. I did some research as it was missing the crossbody strap and noticed some things that looked different. The stitching seemed seem thin and not as a thick thread as the original. The date code had 5 numbers. Did some reading and LV date codes will be two letters and followed by 4 numbers. The letters should always be capitalized, which wasn’t the case for the one I purchased there. I went back to the store this morning I hopes to get a refund for the counterfeit and was told it was final sale. I asked the employee if they had the certificate of its authenticity, which she replied “no, we just go online and look at pictures to compare, that is how we authenticate”. I am sadden that I spend hundreds of dollars on a counterfeit and was left with no resolution.

The quality of the clothes is good will with target prices. some are decent prices but a lot of their clothes are very worn out. Their was a princess Polly romper that looked super worn out and they still priced it at 14$. Regardless of brand it doesn’t look 14$. Definitely disappointed

What happened to customer service?? Like I walk in struggling with multiple bags, 5 workers just mostly huddled in their little yap circle meanwhile I’m just standing there for a whole 5 min and had to finally say like “uh hello?” Before one of the girls finally acknowledged me just standing at the counter. I leave my items to get looked over, and when I come back, same thing not an acknowledgment at all after I step in the door and stand there at the counter for a while before someone finally says something. People coming in as well, not at all did any of them even look up from their inner conversations or individual tasks to welcome or acknowledge the customers in.

Absolutely DID NOT like the vibes from this place. Went in to look around and left after 5 minutes, because I felt really uncomfortable, especially since everyone that entered the store was greeted except me. If that's the way you conduct business based on how people look or dress, then you shouldn't even be in business.

Little bit disappointed because I brought a whole bin of clothes and another bag of new clothes that were not worn at all, a couple of them still had tags on them from bigger named brands. They only took the new clothes and offered me $19, two of the new button up shirts that had a tag on them were $70 and $79, the other three were never worn Ralph Lauren shirts. How they determine what’s in style and the amount offered is kinda behind me. Because I know all of those shirts are going to be put up on the shelves tomorrow for $30+, kinda wish I just held on to them and donated to good will or Salvation Army, because this kinda feels like a slap in the face. On top of lack of communication and lackluster service and attitude, all the workers looked young and a few of them were just laughing on their phones not helping with the line of people. Just wasn’t a fan of the service overall, and the day previously, I come in trying to sell clothes and they tell me they stop taking clothes at a set time, and the store was relatively quiet and I was also there 27 minutes before the set time she told me.
