This places has the rudest, laziest staff I’ve ever seen. They will ignore your questions and most likely take 2-3 hours on a Tuesday to review your items, only to tell you they have forgotten to go through your items. Oh and the store has a huge collection of bleached and stained clothes, for $10 plus, oh the bargains. The funniest moment was seeing the cashier fail at using the key pad and a customer having to show her how to use it 🤣 obviously this place is a joke. Do not waste your time or money here. There is a location in North Star that’s not too bad, if you still want to go to Plato’s Closet after this.
This place is a great spot to shop at their clothes are very antique and very stylish. Help was amazing from Sandra
Came in to the store for the first time. Brandy, one of the employees recommended it. Great customer service! She is the best!
Be Careful shopping here! My card information was stolen and used to Purchase American Eagle and Fashion Nova! This claim is being reviewed by the San Antonio Police as well as my bank! It’s very scary that someone could steal from you and then return your card! I hope they didn’t use their home address for the delivery of the purchases.
Unpleasant experience. One employee was helpful. However, she was busy pricing items, and we got stuck with an employee who seemed as if she put 0 energy into her job. Extremely poor customer service and walk thru of the process to drop off/sell items. There were crocs displayed for sale with dog hair, dirt, and grass in them. We won't come here again. I highly encourage you to reconsider this location and reading the reviews.

Initially helpful sales staff. The store racks were organized and tidy. Marissa, the manager, was less than courteous when I decided to remove one of my items for trade. When asked about the incorrect math, she made no attempt to explain or correct the transaction. Yes, the store was busy but not an excuse for poor customer service! Plato disappointed this time!

Ladies working there were nice. But, only down part which is nothing extreme but they urge you to bring your items folded which I did, yet when they are returned to you they are just thrown and squashed down bag you took them in. Other than that it was a nice experience and place for clothes
