This Plato‘s closet is trash. They take clothes with holes, stains and half of the closes ripped And the employees are practically walking around naked with small shorts and very small revealing tank tops. Don’t take your clothes here. If you want to get four dollars for your items that are still in good condition without stains.

I can always find something that fits me, looks good and at a great price! I'm a slimmer person so finding things that fit just right can be difficult. I find something every time I visit! They have a wide range of sizes with a decent selection. I feel just about anyone can walk in and find something they like and walk out with clothes that they are happy with! I suggest giving this place a try if you are looking for some new clothes and don't want to spend a bunch in the process.

Cashiers are very friendly and they were the best. But as i was waiting for my buy i was looking at the guy who was going through it and he did everything so sloppy and slow. he was throwing whatever he wasn’t taking and barely looking at it. I saw some clothes still folded in my bins and that was the stuff he didn’t actually look at, whatever he did look at he threw back into the bag. But he had got excited when he saw somebody bring in some stained carharrt cargos lol. I don’t recommend selling here, I definitely recommend the Plato’s on 410 they are more lenient with clothing and actually go through everything thoroughly

If you could give a zero I would. The staff was unbelievably rude. I asked to use a dressing room while pointing in the direction of and the attendant replied "that one's taken" and turned away. I stated I didn't need that particular room and once again she replied sharply "you'll have to wait" and turned away again to hang up clothes. The cashier forgot to apply the promotion and the only way to remedy it was to refund me, which required waiting for a manager. Sorry, but with a child in tow, waiting 10 more minutes is unacceptable. Finally, many of their clothing items were torn or stained, but they still wanted the same asking price (about $10-15). Why would I wanted damaged items? Especially with their return policy, you're stuck if you missed that. Definitely will not be returning.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Selection for men's shirts was great, prices were reasonable. Will definitely be back!

Overall decent experience but while I was trying on a pair of Ralph Lauren Jeans (which were by the way $20!!) something was stuck in the left leg of the Jean creating a huge bulge, which ended up being pair of crusty! Used! Ladies! Panties! I am so flabbergasted 😂 I was traumatized I couldn’t even buy the jean (which fit me perfectly btw). Overall weird day, would shop here again.

Love coming to this location!! The staff is always friendly and professional. Almost every time I come I find something new! I’ve sold here a few times and it’s been an easy process. They don’t accept lots of items but that’s understandable, not everything is going to be “trendy”. I do wish they were a little more size inclusive though. Not many plus size options and very small mens selection as well. Overall good experience but could use some expanding!

At first shopping here was fine. We had a question on 2 items. 1 was coming apart on the edges and another didn't have a tag. So we asked someone at the front and she said the item coming apart can be discounted and the other she said "oh its not more than $5" because she didn't want to actually do a price check. So we tried on the items and decided to buy them among other items. Get to the register and another lady comes up saying "no that's not discounted that's the style" real rude. I said wait, I get the styles, but this is literally coming apart at the seams as I show you, and she said still no. Then the "shouldn't be more than $5"shirt? Nope. So we passed on those. Still purchased other items, but the lady was so rude and short even when we explained we were told different not 15 minutes ago.

Inconsistency. I come in one day in a great mood to sell good quality lightly used clothes one day at 2030 and then I’m told that they stop buying clothes at 2000. No big deal, understandable, so I come back the next week to sell my clothes again neatly folded in bags around 1915 and then I’m told “We stopped buying clothes for the day” I ask “I thought y’all stop at 2000?” And then I’m told “Yeah, we decided to stopped early for today, I recommend calling ahead next time though”. I just think the staff need to work on consistency and professionalism because the lady I spoke to barely made any eye contact either, y’all may decide on what to do with this information, thank you and hopefully your experience is better than mine.
