The only reason I'm giving this place a high rating is because the Chicken is so good. 😋🤤
I LOVE Panda Express, usually. But THIS specific one is barely hanging on. Stood in line for LONG TIME, then MOST FOOD SOLD/BEING COOKED/ NOT OFFERED. What I did get was fine but, NOT worth the wait or price. They are under-staffed. The actual restaurant has broken tables and chairs inside as well. The ladies hustling behind the counter were doing their BEST but it's a sinking ship. Besides that, competing with Reading Terminal Market, Chinatown and corporate run restaurants is cutting into their business too. I will NOT go to this one again. Will try near a mall or better neighborhood.
I understand that procedures and policies about how much staff and how many customers you can have at any one time is different due to covid. This unfortunately can lead to delays around lunch time when a lot of people want to get their orders and there is not enough food ready yet. That being said, the quality of the food is what I expected and I am happy about that. I just need to be prepared to have a potential wait even when ordering ahead of time.
Employees are rude and unpolite. I went to this location at 7: 53 pm and only two choices of food were prepared and ready to be served with no protein, just vegetables. I asked if they were making more and they said no even though they close at 9 am. The line cook was condescending and annoyed for asking why there food was taken out early. The cooks were also throwing a broom around hitting the stove were the food gets prepared. Sad and gross place, will not be going back.
This panda express is ran excellently by THE general manager Maya. She really runs a tight ship. The food, the staff & the cleanliness of this panda express is top tier. I applaud her for having one the best franchise locations in the City of Philadelphia. This is now my go to spot for a good lunch
This is always a good place to visit because the team is always at the top of their game. The food is always fresh, you can hear them calling out to each other constantly communicating. They are friendly and helpful. And it's always clean. It's my favorite Friday night quick bite place!
King pao chicken is the best from them along with the fried rice and spring rolls. My all time fav..
Normal Chinese style food. Chicken is delicious but fried rice is not very good
the worst service ever from panda…i have to wait for half an hour for kung pao chicken and they seem didnt care
