UPDATE: After getting in my car and checking the items, they stole 2 of them! The lady states that they will do an investigation with cameras but I’m not convinced. If I do not receive my items I will be involving police enforcement! COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED AND STOLEN FROM! Upon arriving the lady with the blonde hair was so very rude and unfriendly. definitely didn’t seem like she wanted to work at all. Guess these girls don’t want to actually take their time and try to price clothing, tried to offer me $2.95 when these clothes are nice and in meant condition . Scammers. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.
I called a week ago to ask if I had a credit on my account because I had sold some stuff last year. The girl told me I had $23.85 so I came in to spend it. During check out they told me it expired. How does it expire?! I asked if they would give a one time courtesy because when I sold it I had dropped it off and no one told me that the store credit expires. The girl refused. That's such crap. BEWARE if you sell to them. Take cash.
Love shopping and reselling here. Majority of the staff will ruin your experience though. My 5 year old asked the employee to show her the dumplings they have, to which she replied “only if you buy something” I left pretty upset that she said that but decided to go back in and purchase the dumplings and inform her saying that was highly inappropriate and it upset me. Couldn’t tell if she was clueless or careless, probably both.
I love the store itself, but the only complaint I have is that the clothing in the bins to sell are expected to be laid out flat. I also take the time to not only lay things out flat, but I also sort my items by shirt, dress, pants etc. Whatever items you don't take, please return back the same way that you receive them instead of dumping them in a big mess inside the bin. I took in new clothes too that were never worn but they didn't take them in.
It seems the web site and what the sale associates want are completely different was my first time going, I washed everything, my cat ended up getting on the clothes as I put them all flat down, didn’t think it would be a problem, it seems they picked out the clothes that were more valuable like the polo outfits rather than just taking all the clothes. Got 30$ didn’t complain about it, the store associate seems kind of bothered that I didn’t know about having a lid on for the bin, again was my first time trying to sell clothes that no longer fit, I wanted to see what it was like to see if I’ll be doing it again and I rather find someone else in need and give it for free than to have some folks pick and choose what they want. All clothes are in good shape the only thing they saw was cat hair which I can rewash and dry them. But they did seem kind of rude when I said the web site doesn’t state what they were stating.
I can't remember their names but they were nice & friendly especially it being my first time visiting 🫶 helped me sign up for their rewards program & my son accidentally misplaced his phone in their while going through toys and they were patient & actually cared to help ! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ♥️
If I could give zero stars I would. I used to love this store! I had not been in quite a while and decided to pop in. I will not ever be returning unless under new management. I cannot believe, I asked about pricing on an item, it seemed high for what the item was. As I was checking out the worker took the item, said the price was wrong and RAISED the price even higher!!! They refused to honor the previous, cheaper price, which is what the item was when I was checking out. Instead they said if I still wanted the item, I would have to pay the new, $4 higher, price!!! What on earth! I have never had this happen at any other store in my life! Every store honors the original price that the item was when you grabbed it. But at the checkout, they took the item, raised the price by $4 and told me to pay that or leave the item! Completely serious, straight faced, and condescending tone. Wow!! I will never shop here again.
The staff were very rude to me at my first (and last) trip to the store. My daughter had put a toy in her mouth without me noticing, and they told me I had to pay for it, and that I should have been "watching my kid better". I paid for the toy, but was upset with how they spoke to me.
This business is shameful. Sent me a text 2 days in a row saying my offer was ready and I can stop by. They were closed each time I went for weather (no snow or rain... just cold) and the next day because of a broken heater. Understandable.. but why not send a message to those who have a pending sale this info. I couldn't come a 3rd or 4th or 5th time because like most people my time is valuable I work and have kids. They decided to cash my stuff out for store credit. Did they send any follow up messages? No. Instead they tell me oh you could've looked at our website to see if we had any changes to store hours. Um no.. if you sent me a message saying my offer was ready and to stop by why would I think to go see if y'all closed due to an emergency? Y'all should've sent a message out saying that. Never doing business here again.
This place has extremely poor customer service and rude management. I went in on June 10 to sell a basket FULL of clothes told the lady that helped me I lived out of town 6 hours away but my mom lived close told me that was fine my mom could go in for me told me it would be about a week till my basket was done anyways, never received a call granted my phone number wrong in the system, so I called cause that is my fault so when I called 2 weeks later told me my basket was ready okay cool I sent my mom a week later to get the stuff and they got rid of my whole basket and clothes they didn’t want like okay then I need money on everything since you got rid of everything!!! Called the store because again I don’t live in town and the manager was completely rude I couldn’t even get a word out without her talking over me she just said whatever call the owner I said okay here my number don’t think she actually wrote it down ethier but for her to be a “manager” she should take a course maybe learning respect and taking accountability for her actions. I will NEVER shop here again and NEVER refer my friends again to go there.
