Wide selection of clothes, not so much gear/toys. Be very mindful of the prices. I was about to buy a bottle warmer $24 brand new off Amazon, they were charging $30. Just be aware and make sure you double check.
I’ve been going to this location for YEARS & when I say 12/26/2023 I had the WORST of the WORST Experience ever in my life it was horrible. So apparently some rules has changed an I wasn’t aware of which is totally fine I ask the lady that started off helping me if she can get a manger or someone to explain the rules to me she grabbed someone from the back who said there not a manager she’s a “key holder” an I asked her for her first name NOT last because I did wanna greet her by name! She acted as if she didn’t wanna give that to me I told her I only want your first name ma’am not last she then said “thats all you was gonna get” I told her you are already starting this conversation off wrong I then began asking her how everything works because I have two baskets of clothes I would like to trade in to you guys etc.. she kept talking very fast an when I asked for her to repeat it she told me “it’s on the door” I then told her ma’am your being very rude can I get your manger name or a way to contact her to tell her about my experience with you . She told me no at first I said well what about corporate she said she didn’t know the number to them an grabbed a flier from the counter writing the manager I guess cell phone number on there (which wasn’t correct at all) I asked if she can give me the name of the manager she said Karen an walked off I grabbed my things an left the store I sat in the parking lot trying to call Karen an that number wasn’t even in service I then looked up another once up a child to see if maybe they can help me. They gave me the new rules an update information and also gave me Karen’s numbers they said she would probably be in a meeting so if she is leave a voice message mind you this happened December 26th 2023 she still have yet to contact me she reached out “through a text” telling me it’s been very busy she hasn’t slept in 26hours an etc (really sound like a bunch of excuses) but she will be reaching out soon didn’t say when , a time or anything I just told her never mind because we are now 2 weeks into this situation and still nothing!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE I’m so disappointed on my experience here with these people when I never had this issue before I’m not sure if the lady was having a bad day or what but she definitely took it out on me I do not appreciate that!!!!!

I really like this place, great selection. Only down is they only do one bin for selling. I don’t know if 1 bin is there normal or if it’s just temporary but other then that will be definitely coming back.
Their buying process needs to be revamped. I was trading clothes that I bought from them that my child never got to wear. And once they told me my sell was ready I came to the store just for them to tell me that the clothes I got from them were not up to par. lol what sense does that make? Also telling me they can’t take clothes with stains but they sell clothes with stains? They tell me they can’t take clothes without its missing items. But sell clothes with missing items? Again, WHAT SENSE DOES THAT MAKE? Needless to say I’ll just go to another store each time until all my clothes are sold as always. This place is a joke.
I give this place a 3 star review because I only received whole 2.85!! I didn’t spend it in one spot. Yes, the store has good stuff, and i would buy from there, but selling there is an absolute scam. I think the girls when I went in just didn’t want to work. Had a 20-25 minute wait time. Maybe 10 minutes they were done. That’s telling me that they didn’t really give it a good look over or even considered anything. Gave me the excuse of some of the stuff (mostly baby boy clothes) was “faded”, and had minor stains, but some other things were only a month old and in mostly flawless condition. Most of the stuff I looked at there was indeed used and faded as well. So either get new staff that knows what to look for and what they’re doing, or change policies of selling/ buying stuff.
Are extremely quick to deny anything to sell to them always saying everything is dirty even though half of their products in there are dirty and have stains and used bandaids in them. Don't waste your time here.

Every time I come to this location something is wrong, I have the wrong container size or the top needs to be more Secure, or my favorite , I’ll drive one hour to this location for them to tell me they aren’t taking buys today ( this happened twice already) so I just looked up the policy online and it say that we prefer a certain container size and nothing about having a top. The customer service needs improvement because without customer you wouldnt receive a paycheck.
