I went to this location today 11/7/2025 when I walked in this girl very tall white complexion (she was white) was so rude. She made me feel disgusted the second I walked in. These employees don’t greet customers or try to make u feel welcomed. She also was so rude about my stuff claiming they were dirty when I made sure to clean everything before I went. I have been to this location a couple times and it’s always so messy and dirty save ur trip and go to the other one
Staff at the cashier counter today 11/29/2025 were extremely rude and off putting. I’ve always loved coming to this store whenever my baby needed anything, but after today I don’t think I’ll be coming back. It’s a children’s store, you’re working with families who are in need or looking for a deal. Not to be looked up and down and judged. The least your staff can do is be kind, smile, and be welcoming.
If it's out of your way to go drop off clothing to sell don't bother. I took in over 50 items some in new condition Nike new balance and name brands. The first time I came I brought trash bags because I didn't know you had to bring them all in bins I came back with the items in bins after them taking 2 days for an offer they offered me $34 for 12 items that they said they'll mark up 70% of what they give you. I choose to take it because I was tired of the back and forth with the clothes but I wouldn't bother coming again and going out of my way for basically gas money.
This location is very unprofessional messy, and there is no hospitality or customer service when you walk through the door. I didn’t receive a call that my items are ready. I received one text message. I had to call and let them know that I was going to be not able to pick up my stuff on time and never got a call after that. One staff member was nice , but the rest here and managers are not friendly.
Clothes are organized. Prices on clothing and toys are a little pricey for thrift. $10.00- $5.00 for toddler clothes every once in a while can find something cheaper.
Came and shopped. Had a full basket and got through all of check out for fhe machine to decline saying NO AMEX. There were no signs ANYWHERE saying no Amex. Otherwise I wouldn't have wasted my time. Also the shoes are just in bins being squished together and the toys are not the best selection. Kid to kid has a much better selection overall for toys and shoe organization.
Not bad for 1st time experience! Reasonable price compared to competitors such as Kid to Kid. A little cluttered at the entrance. The store with shoes and boxes in the front should be more organized, but the staff was friendly and supportive, giving tips and information when sales happened.
I love the store itself, staff however not so much. As someone else mentioned, it's a children's clothing store. Friendliness goes a long way. Another complaint I have is that the clothing in the bins to sell are expected to be laid out flat. I take the time to not only lay things out flat, but I also sort my items by shirt, dress, pants etc. Whatever items you don't take, please return back the same way that you receive them instead of dumping them in a big mess inside the bin.
Clothes are organized really well but as soon as I walked through the door I almost turned around and walked out because they had bins stacked by the door taller than me on both sides almost like a hallway. Then while looking through toys it was such a disorganized mess that I gave up looking and went to look at shoes. Quickly gave up when I realized that I had to pull down the bin to look inside it. If they were clear I probably would have been ok with it but they were solid colors. Overall the store seemed to lack organized and felt like it was rushed to be put together even though they have been there for years. Employees don’t really show any kind of positive energy and it almost feels like they are being forced to be there. The entire time I was in the store not a single person asked me if I needed help finding anything and the only time anyone acknowledged me was when I was leaving.
Staff was friendly but did not take any of our clothes, stated they where damp/wet, dirty. Took the tub to another location and it was accepted without any issues. We have been to other locations and have never received this feedback.
