They used to be pretty good at buying a good portion of the items I brought in, but lately, I’ve noticed they hardly buy anything!!! Even clothes with tags still attached! Waste of time and gas money! Go somewhere else!
Great place when you're on a tight budget. Especially for young children because they grow so fast. Very friendly and helpful staff. If you're within 12-20 miles of this place, it's worth the trip usually. Clothes for growing children when you can't afford much extra is taxing. You can catch a financial break here. If you're in the area, definitely stop by and see what they have.
Drove across SA to get here at 10 when they opened. 10:45 came and went. Employees inside but still not open. A ton of customers waiting outside.

White lady at the drop off is rude this is my second encounter with her and she’s short with her response and her tone is rude first time I thought maybe she’s having rough day lots of drops offs but tried to drop off my bins today and she sarcastically replied today is only for big items and I said okay when are you taking bins and she gives me a look of annoyance and says TOMORROW. The staff is rude and they are really picky for the low offers they like to give
Staff are not friendly and they are closed today when their store hours say otherwise and the sign says to follow their Facebook page for inclement weather hours but it’s sunny and they posted no updated hours for today. They just close whenever they want.
Clothes were easy to find and the store was clean but the staff was rude and made no effort to remotely smile at customers or children. The cashier said less than 5 words to me, ignored my son who was excited to have his new toy, and didn’t smile once. They will joke with the other employees all sat behind the desk but not once said hello or even smiled at the customers. Made the atmosphere uncomfortable and made my son feel like he did something wrong. It’s the second time this store has come off like this.
Staff at this location has tude and overall not helpful. Other location is very helpful and friendly. If you have the time visit their other location.
Went in to resell my daughter’s clothes, signed in on the computer, and chose the “wait in store” option. A lady checked me in and even verified my ID, so I figured I’d just wait. Almost 2 hours later, I got tired of standing around and went to my car. The key holder then came out asking if I was waiting — when I told her I was, she said it would actually take days. Seriously? Why did it take 2 hours to tell me that? And what’s the point of having a “wait in store” option if that’s not even an option? Complete waste of time. I just took my stuff back and won’t ever be back
Staff were very friendly. I went to sell for the first time they bought 20 items for $28 I honestly feel a great deal anything is better than nothing. Will be returning to sell more of my child’s stuff and buying more for my child!!:))
