RUDE RUDE RUDE. No customer service at this location. It has been at least 6 months since I have visited because of the customer service. I thought why not give it another try. NO SAME EXPERIENCE. and some of the clothes shouldn't even be sold and just donated. Stains and faded and ripped. Plus you can go to target or carters for brand new clothes at some of the prices they have here at this location. I am constantly buying clothes for my son he is growing fast seems better that I just buy brand new instead of coming here for these prices. Hopefully the owner reads this and starts making some changes. Hire people with personalities not just bodies to fill the store.
It’s been a tough year(s) for every business. I have learned to check on FB for the store hours before heading there since there have been many changes that are usually last minute. Whenever I drop off clothes it’s a fairly quick turnaround and I get a fair buy from them. I also enjoy shopping there and the prices are very reasonable. Usually, the staff is friendly and the place is clean. I’m a committed customer to this location.
I can't tell you how much I love this place. It's always clean, employees are always attentive, organize for better experience. The only thing why I gave it 4 stars it's because I believe that a lot of stuff is overpriced I think they should go lower. I mostly go when they have good sales or for a special occasion. Overall great experience.
This place rips people off so much. I took them a stroller & a swing both priced brand new at $150. They bought both of them for $56. The cashier told me that they were just buying the stroller for $56 so that sounded okay to me. As I was walking out of the store with the swing they stop me & say oh no we are buying that too. I said but y’all said just the stroller? They also told me since the price was above $50 that they had to give me a check. They act like they didn’t have enough money in the drawer from the day. So I had to buy items to receive the money today. The manager was so rude a blonde lady. I will not be returning back here.
It was my first time in here today. I came to sell some clothing and toys. I normally sell stuff myself online but I needed to clear space ASAP. I had realistic expectations, I didn't think I'd get $5 per shirt or anything. I brought 2 totes in. One full of clothing and the other with toys as stuff. They took about half, maybe a little more. I was pleasantly surprised with their offer of $49.50. Of course I'd be able to get more money if I had sold myself, I had a lot of brand new with tags items, but time is money. They have to make a profit too. My only complaints are the carpets are kind of gross and stained. And not a complaint about the store, but other parents let their kids run around, barefoot even. Cmon people, control your kids.
The place was immaculately kept. The gentleman was nice but the one white woman seemed annoyed that I brought toys that were given to me and I was bringing them without knowing what the rules were. When allowances were made for another lady dropping off the first time. I had my granddaughter 1 yrs in tow and was forced to stay while they inspected the play centers when they could have easily said if they are not clean, or if parts are missing then we are not able to take them then I could have saved us all sometime and trouble knowing the toys were not clean and were not in great shape and left. They made me feel uncomfortable for even being there. The white man was nice and assisted me on going out and the Mexican young lady was helpful when she saw how the white lady treated me. Don't have a system and then changed the rules telling me I can come back but treat me like I wasn't coming back. I missed lunch with my son which was on a tight scheduled 😕 MRS. GRIFFIN
Some of the prices are insane, but you can also find good deals, I like how they have a changing room because my son is a weird size so we could make sure it fits. Checkout was fast.
They make you come back the next day to find out whether they will purchase anything or not. They also will assume you have donated the items if you don't come back within 24 hours of them sending the text message. Despite being the second time I had sold to them, my text message mysteriously didn't go through and thankfully I called before they claimed my stuff as theirs for free. Bad customer service. Most consignment shops take 20 minutes not 24 hours. At least be a little more friendly to the people who are bringing you your inventory.
I went to return items within the 7 days and I was told I have to go to the exact same store I purchased from. This is disappointing because the other store is across town. It would not have been an issue if it was clear that these stores do not work together. Please be aware of this when shopping. These stores do not work together and you must return at the same location you purchased from.
Just don’t do it. The wait time is just too long & they want all the items laid out when on the website it says to have them folded in a box. However that not how THEY like it. If you need a little cash you’re better off selling as a bundle in Facebook market place to someone in need.
