The worst. Was quoted price to uninstall and reinstall solar panels. Ladbs requires electrical permit. They claimed since they never got busted they would have to charge more. This was after they ghosted me for two months. Beware. Make sure what you are agreeing to before you accept offer.
Very professional and thorough. Emailed me to follow up and see that products were up and working. Then called back at a proposed time to assist with issues. Great customer service.!
Thus company took over my service contract less than a year ago. After promising to send out a site inspection team, which they never did, all of the sudden their promise of lifetime monitoring and service is now, contact the manufacturer. They didn’t even come out to look at the system, how do you know I need to contact the manufacturer?? Absolutely the worst!
My faulty Solar Edge Wave Inverter was replaced promptly. I don’t have home wifi only a phone hotspot. Grace and Steve from Omnidian understood the issue and followed up with Solaredge and did an amazing job in co-ordinating the service required to resolve all issues. My solar system is back to normal and I can monitor it again with an inverter with LED screen Very satisfied customer. Thanks Omnidian👍🏻👍🏻
We had problems with our Solar inverter being offline due to a change of internet service provider and a new modem. To complicate matters I had a change of email address. Gurvinder Costal was extremely patient and finally sorted everything out. It took a while, but he was so helpful – nothing was too much trouble! Thank you Omnidian for excellent service this afternoon.
UPDATE: Increased to four stars because once they responded, the service was fast and the job was done. They were also very apologetic for the experience. Mistakes happen, they made it right and that’s what matters most in my book. One star off for the fact that you may need to resort to calling them out in public to get a response. ORIGINAL: My site went offline 3 months ago, which took them a month to notice. After reaching out and offering some basic troubleshooting help (slightly more advanced than restart it), the problem persisted and their support has since refused to respond to any additional requests for help. Feels like they’re glad to take the $10 a month as long as everything is working and will ghost you if there’s trouble.
Omnidian advised me that my inverter on my solar panels was not working. They replaced it quickly and it’s now working perfectly again. All staff that I had communicated with were extremely helpful! A really good outcome!
I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending a company called Omnidian to anyone who is experiencing solar panel/inverter issues and wants it resolved quickly and efficiently . I was referred to Omnidian by Infinite Energy as I had an issue with two of my solar panels. This company is currently contracted by Infinite Energy to undertake their residential customers' warranty work on their behalf. I had an issue with my REC solar system in May 2023. I contacted Omnidian and within two days they had a technician come out and inspect my system. He identified a malfunction with two of my solar panels and reported the problem back to Omnidian. He confirmed it would be covered under warranty. I was contacted by the Operations Associate, Gurvinder Coshal, the next day who told me he was going to handle my warranty claim with REC. Unfortunately, as REC is based in Singapore, the resolution of my warranty claim took longer than I expected, through no fault of Omnidian. REC initially disallowed my warranty claim, but rescinded their decision when a technical report from Omnidian was submitted to them. I have to say that Gurvinder Coshal. Operations Associate and the Operations Manager of Omnidian played a big part in getting this resolved. If it wasn't for their tireless efforts, especially Mr Coshal's numerous phone calls, emails and texts, to REC in Singapore, things could have turned out quite differently. Throughout the negotiations process with REC, Mr Coshal was extremely communicative with me, updating me each time he received information. His communication and dedication in getting this matter resolved was nothing short of excellence and I sincerely thank him from the bottom of my heart. I would also like to make mention of another office staff member, Grace who also kept me updated, when Mr Coshal was not in the office or was busy. I worked with Maurice and Charles. Both were very responsive and easy to deal with. Maurice stayed on top of my project even sending me an email to follow-up. These were a couple of the best support people I've dealt with in a long time.
Called at 445, recoding said all agents are busy, on hold for an hour so far. Been trying for months to have someone come out to look at the battery. Can't use my ac because my battery dies after an hour of running it.
