Nice service and fun space, but their avocado toast was a let down. Not so much avocado toast than toast with eggs and side avo. Also hadn't even been near salt (thankfully salt was at the table). Surprised, given great experiences in Fairmont Hotel bars!
The classic breakfast is exceptional. The gravlax bagel had a nice touch of lemon, and the lattes were great. The service is absolutely exceptional, watching the wait staff work is worth the price of admission. They are amazing!

Was there with my daughter-in-law for high tea. It was delicious. The service was perfect and the ambiance was ideal. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.
I am staying here for the week. It was a bit pricey, but the drinks were stringent, and the staff was lovely. However, they refused to let me see the presidential suite from Fifty Shades of Grey, and I'm heartbroken :( this is our first day hopefully it gets better :)

I went here with my friend for a drink on a Friday night. It was busy but not overwhelming or crowded. We found a table and ordered two expresso martinis. My friend and I are expresso martinis lover and have always order it wherever we go. Bars, restaurants, lounges, and I have to say the expresso martini we had here is the worst that we have tasted. I took the drinks back to the bartender and told him what happened. He just added more liquor in it, which didn't help the taste at all. To be charging higher than average price and providing such lousy service is very disappointing.
They have great cocktails, I tried Close to The Sea and Anchor Down. Both were very flavorful. The ambiance is very cool, they have many fashion coffee table books and there is a corner library room. Also, their fries with parmesan is pretty good too!!
Was loudly shamed and embarrassed by a server for trying to find a seat. There was allegedly a lineup that we weren't aware of, even though for the two days prior the same server told us to find our own seats. Food is pricey and mediocre. Service needs a lot of work. Tables and chairs are low, awkward and uncomfortable for eating. Older people or people with disabilities will have a lot of difficulty.
