Neiman Marcus

Stopped to pick up a gift curbside 2 days before Xmas. Customer service was really friendly, polite, and helpful. The valet outside was great too and guided me to a good spot where I could wait for the gift to come out.

First and last time buying from this location I purchased a pair of Loewe glasses for a trip, unfortunately i forgot to pack them with me. it was specifically for an outfit an occasion i needed and since i didn't get to use it i thought i might as well return it. Keep in mind when buying these glasses i kept asking the sales lady is she had any new ones in the back because the ones she was selling me to have been tried on by various people and did not appear as neat and clean as i wanted, she insisted she would clean it properly and make it look "as new". When i went to return said glasses the sales guy refused . Matter of fact they left me at the glasses counter and walked away with my goods to another counter and just kept looking at me from a distance. They refused for me to return the item under the context of the glasses had scratches, and looked worn. Glasses i never wore to begin with other than trying them on in store. with the tag still on them. so does that mean they sold me defaulted glasses despite how many times i asked the sales lady to get me a new pair in the back. when i asked to speak with a manager a lady named Melanie come to speak with me. VERY RUDE and dismissive. I highly doubt she was actually the manager if anything. The whole experience was so unpleasant. im not sure if it was due to me being a black young lady or that i was in my scrub uniforms or what. the whole aura of that experience was so nasty. i usually purchase online but wanted to come in store and have more options but this store is so so unwelcoming. Their staff have their long noses all the way to the ceiling.

Tyron is truly one of the best gentlemen at Neiman Marcus. His customer service, attention to detail, and professionalism are exceptional. What stands out most is that he makes me feel like a valued friend rather than just another customer. He consistently goes above and beyond, and his dedication does not go unnoticed. I was saddened to learn that he has been dealing with health challenges, and I sincerely hope Neiman Marcus is doing everything possible to support him during this time. Tyron is a rare gem, an incredible representative of your brand, and someone who deserves to be recognized and appreciated for the impact he has on his customers.

Yesterday morning around 12 noon 9/6/25 I visited the Louboutin section at Neiman Marcus to shop for some heels. Unfortunately, I experienced very poor customer service from the sales associate assisting me. She appeared dismissive and unfriendly when I inquired about different sizes and colors, and she did not seem knowledgeable about the product styles. Her attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a result, I chose not to make a purchase there and instead took my business to Chanel, where I received excellent service and left satisfied with my shopping experience( thank you for SA her name Phoenix in Chanel store , she made my weekend back beautiful. Really friendly and personally I would recognize her 10 stars for being SA)

I placed the below review and gave a 1 star. I have changed it to a 5 star as Neiman Marcus corrected this issue. Their response was quick and Tito Garcia who was my sales rep called me back immediately. It was not his fault at all as the belt was defective. They shipped me a new belt immediately and have corrected the problem. Thank you Tito and Neiman Marcus. The next time I'm in Chicago, I will be back to shop for more. You are better off purchasing a $10.00 belt at any other store. I purchased a $500.00 Ferragamo belt, wore it roughly 10 times and it fell apart in my hand. I called Neiman Marcus and they simply stated, "I'm sorry but you have owned the belt for longer than 30 days." What kind of service and hospitality is that? No offer to replace or repair. Quality and Service is a joke. Hope nobody else gets robbed.

fake deals with eligibility for gift card “if you ll make an order today”… I am still waiting my gift card since October and now after 1 hour hold on phone line they say that it was about some points…. Horrible costumer service! ridiculous 🤣

They have a good selection but they’re rude on the phone and cant do logistics for shit. Ordered something a lot of days ago and it was supposed to be overnighted but its not even shipped. Don’t bother making an order with them just order from the designers directly. Only purchase in store.

I certainly appreciate great customer service and who wouldn't? I also understand that sales associates may work on a commission to some degree and I can appreciate that as well, respect it too. That being said, every time I wander into this store to check out the various and plentiful colognes (testers) they have available to the consumer, I am very quickly turned off by the constant hounding by their sales men/women. No one has ever been rude to me but I can't even enjoy what I came there to do because my attention is occupied by asking them to please back off. It's too much and it really dampers my visits, to the point that I don't even want to return. It's a shame because I absolutely love the store.

Elina was so incredible today, it was a very laid back experience very focused on my very peculiar taste in cologne, she was patient and determined to find the best fragrance for me I’m very grateful that she showed everything I wanted and other options and the I went with the other options because she was honest and great at explaining the scents, can’t thank her enough! definitely would recommend talking to her!
