My experience at Neiman in Denver was not good .The staff displayed a level of arrogance and condescension that made the environment feel unwelcoming. The general manager set a tone that didn’t align with basic standards of professionalism. Not what you would expect from a luxury retailer

Nice store with 2 floors included with a ton of selections. Just decided to walk around and look at a few things since I didn’t plan on buying anything from here. Staff very friendly, well stocked, clean, and well maintained. Worth checking out. Great place to stop for some fancy shoes and clothing.

Excellent service at the fragrance department! I visited Neiman Marcus yesterday and was helped by Elina Patterson. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. I ended up purchasing two niche fragrances with her help. She gave me a great discount and added many complimentary gifts to my purchase. Elina is very communicative, attentive, and truly makes the shopping experience enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I wanted Jimmy Choo and Tom Ford. They had to order the shoes, it would have been nice if they had them in stock. I received the wallet and eyeshadow pallet as a gift with the purchase of the perfume.

I bought two La Mer products online from Neiman Marcus on Nov.29, 2025. This order supposed to come with a free gift as you can see in my order details. Isn’t that nice 4-piece mini collection free gift? It really convinced me to make a $390 purchase because I really could try a few other products of La Mer. So I was really expecting it. Then my package arrived in December, however, without the free gift. I checked the order status multiple times and it had been showing the free gift was being backordered until today. Today, they sent me an email saying the free gift is being cancelled. I contacted the support, they couldn’t do anything with it. I wanted to return an unused product (the Lifting and Moisturizing Collection) and they told me “no”because it was outside of the return timeframe. So, why was the free gift being cancelled out of the return timeframe? If I knew earlier that it was going to cancelled, I would have returned the unused product earlier. It was a very nice deal with the free gift. But now I feel like it was a SCAM!! Because they have cancelled my free gift almost two months after my purchase and for sure that was outside of return timeframe, so I can’t return anything or do anything about it!

Byron at Neiman Marcus delivered truly outstanding customer service. Even though they didn’t have my size in stock, he went above and beyond to help, stayed engaged, and made the entire experience enjoyable and effortless. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I felt taken care of—not just making a sale. That level of service is rare these days, and it’s the reason I will absolutely be a return customer. Quite honestly, I’ll be coming back because Byron works there. Neiman Marcus is lucky to have him.

Drove 3 hours to get a pair of Seven jeans. Website says they carry them. Arrive to be told no they don't carry that brand.

I have always loved Neiman Marcus and have been a loyal customer, especially when it comes to buying shoes. However, my recent experience has completely shattered my trust in their online shopping. On February 18, I ordered the Alaïa Mesh Mary Jane Ballerina Flats in nude, size 39—the same style I previously purchased in black from Neiman Marcus with no issues. But this time, when I opened the box, I was shocked. The box was labeled 39, but the shoes inside were a completely different size-41! Not only that, but they were filthy, made of the wrong fabric and color, had uneven borders, and looked nothing like the authentic Alaia flats I already own. The worst part? THEY WERE FAKE. I paid $971 for these shoes and expected Neiman Marcus' usual quality and authenticity. Instead, I received what looked like a cheap knockoff. How can I trust this store if someone can just swap out my order? This is completely unacceptable. I will be attaching photos of my real Alaïa flats and the fake pair they sent me. I expect a full refund and an explanation of how this happened. Neiman Marcus, do better!
