Just started coming to this location and love it so far! Super chill and is never packed when I come, there’s always room and open machines!
The Downtown location is much larger than it appears on its Instagram page. I took a tour before starting my membership, and the staff member who showed me around was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the available gym equipment and membership options. The gym coaches are also approachable and well-informed, making the experience even better. One suggestion I have is to offer 1 or 2 free day guest passes for members, which would be a great addition to the membership benefits.

Downtown’s the main location I go to. Covers all the necessities, it’s always well maintained and clean, and it’s not usually too small for the traffic that comes through. Staff’s also always helpful and fun to talk to. Great membership prices too, with 24/7 access to multiple locations.
Metro KC Fitness is truly the BEST gym in all of Kansas City. Incredibly welcoming and inclusive environment. HUGE variety of equipment and machines. VERY clean and well kept spaces. Lots of close locations to Downtown whether you work, live, or play Downtown KCMO. If you are a gym novice or multi day gym person METRO KC FITNESS is the perfect place to be!!
Clean and organized gym, and friendly people. Gary was especially helpful and made sure to make me feel welcome.
