I love this place I just began going and I love most that it’s 24 hours in the heart of downtown kck. There’s every possible equipment and help of staff as well.
i recently joined metro kc fitness and i love it! my home gym is the downtown gym but they also offer options for their other locations which is great. the staff is very kind and helpful. the fact that it is open 24 hours really allows me to still visit the gym, all the gyms i have been to previously closed at 10 or even 9 and i get off work late so it was hard to balance. also the classes are a really nice addition! really recommend!

The equipment is new and works well at Metro kc fitness. The trainers are very helpful and friendly specifically Fede, I truly recommend this gym.
I came in to cancel my month to month membership on June 24 and signed a document for that cancellation. I was still charged June 26 because of the notice clause which is fine. However I was charged again on July 26 and reached out to them to resolve the issue and they have still not responded. Why are gym memberships always so scummy?
This gym has everything I need. The equipment is in good repair, there's plenty of benches, barbells, free weights, and five different areas to get your squat on. Everytime I have worked out the gym has been very clean. However; the reason I gave them five stars is because of Taryn, the manager. I was having trouble figuring out how to set up a day pass, and when I spoke to her on the phone she took time away from her doctor's appointment, on her day off to help me. Truly going "above and beyond" my expectations as a gym patron. Overall it has been the easiest gym sign up I've ever done. No half hour tour, no car salesman tactics to buy training sessions. Just outstanding customer service. I am very satisfied to be training here.
Came into town for travel and stopped by to get a quick lift in. Staff was very helpful and nice. Machines were smooth and my lift was nice. 10/10 experience.
