Travelers - this place is perfect for a temporary spot to keep your gains going. They have racks for heavy lifting, machines for focused lifting, cardio, plenty of dumbbells, and the peach pit for those of you trying to grow that booty. Stop by and talk to Gary to get you set up!
I’m a new member but so far I really like this gym. It’s clean, bigger than it looked from the outside, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Metro Kc is a great place to workout, they offer trainers at a low cost for beginners. Juan is my trainer and he has been great in helping me and my mom get closer to achieving our goals.
The gym is super nice and accommodating, I like what is has to offer and the staff. My coach Fede has helped me so much and I feel so much better since starting. 10/10 recommend.
Gary, the main man! played a big role in motivating me to sign up! You can tell he genuinely cares about the gym and the people in it. He’s always encouraging and focused on making this a welcoming place, not just somewhere you work out and leave! 🤙🏼 down to earth! Definitely made Metro KC fitness my go-to gym ! Shoutout to Juan as well. Even though I kept dodging training at first (that one’s on me 😅), he was always professional, patient, and never pushy, which I really appreciated!!! He encouraged me to meet with another trainer that he thought was more suitable for me ! And Jessica, my current trainer—she’s honestly amazing. She listens, knows her stuff, and pushes me in a supportive way that never feels overwhelming. She makes showing up feel doable. What really stands out is the people here. It’s welcoming, not intimidating, and feels real. Highly recommend!
This gym has it all! Great, clean equipment, awesome employees and plenty of motivation to look at while you are working out! This gym is very impressive and it's super safe.
Visiting while on a business trip and was impressed with this gym. It’s the perfect spot to squeeze in a solid workout. It has everything you need in terms of equipment, and the customer service is outstanding.
