LOVE going to Metro KC to workout!! I had recently switched from another gym (as I moved from out of town), and everyone here has been very inviting and kind. Being able to validate parking is super convenient, and overall have had great training and people experiences at the downtown location.
A down-to-earth gym with all your standard equipment plus new things to try out. There's 4 squat racks, a smith machine, ample treadmills/cardio equipment, free weights, and lots of accessories. Locker rooms are clean and always stocked. I'm a picky long-term lifter who's happy to have found a new home gym.
I cancelled my membership back in Sept and was told the charge in October would be the last one. Here we are in January, and I just found out that they have still been charging me this whole time.
Man, I love this gym. Centrally located. Cost effective. Staff is hella chill. It’s clean. Right on time!

I think the gym is very nice, clean, lots of equipment, friendly staff, peers stay to themselves, and they cover parking as well if you choose to do so in the garage. The pricing isn’t bad either, The ONLY reason why I would say 4 stars is because of the water fountain it comes out hot for some reason, you either will have to bring or pay for it (via vending machines).
I love this gym. The staff is super nice and it has everything you need. At the beginning we weren’t sure because it’s not giant but it turned out perfectly. It doesn’t get too crowded and everyone is super nice. It has cardio area, free weights, machines, a studio to use as wanted and a nice dressing room with lockers. Basically everything you want from a gym, especially now that no other is 24/7!
I’ve had my membership here for almost a year now and I can honestly say it is the best gym I’ve ever been a member of! The staff makes you feel so welcomed & comfortable, the facility is clean, and great equipment/free weights are available. A special s/o to Liz, Matt, and Payton who are amazing trainers and always go above & beyond for their clients!
Decent gym, but I was not and haven’t not been notified in writing my cancelation went through. Just verbal confirmation. Notification in writing would be greatly appreciated.
