Really great gym with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is always kind, and Gary especially stands out. He’s super charismatic and somehow remembers everyone, which makes it feel very personal. I met several friendly members my first time at this location, which made it even better. The equipment is nice and everything is very clean. I’m a regular MetroKC member, and every location I’ve been to has been consistent and well maintained. Definitely recommend!

I came to this gym to try a day pass and immediately signed up for a membership. The team was welcoming and kind, plus I love the fact that for one membership you can have access to all the other gym locations. This location and the other ones iIve tried out have had a great variety of equipment and space to workout as you please. I recommend to all types of gym goers!
Amazing gym! The main reason I signed up was because of their Glute Lab, and it definitely lived up to my expectations. The rest of the equipment is also very complete, with plenty of options for both upper-body and lower-body workouts, as well as enough cardio machines. I was also looking for a good 24/7 gym here in Kansas City, Missouri, and this is one of the few that is actually complete, well-equipped, clean, and worth it. On top of that, the staff is very friendly and always attentive to their members. I am really happy I joined. Highly recommend!
I’ve been going to this gym for a little over two years now and I absolutely love this gym! I started training with FEDE and my health overall has improved tremendously! I started at 135 pounds and I am now at 162 Pounds. I am way more leaner and it’s only been a month since I’ve started training, but my muscle mass is where I’m getting my weight from which was my goal to begin with. I would recommend Fede and this gym to anybody and everybody. I’ve gotten so many compliments in a month time span.
Great gym, great staff- particularly Juan who I have been working with and has been stellar. I love that MKCF is open 24/7 and you can validate parking at the neighboring garage. Highly recommend!

Great training environment. Coach Fede is great and builds training workout tailored to body type and goals.
Great place to get a workout, whether it's early in the morning, middle of the day or late at night. Gym is clean and staff are friendly. All variety of equipment and machines. Plus, free parking in the upstairs garage!
I’ve been going here for a couple weeks now, and I am really happy with the Downtown location! The staff is very friendly and helpful. While it does get busy around 5pm or so, getting a good workout in is still really manageable. I love that it’s 24 hours, so that way I don’t feel like I have to go during the peak hours too. The only improvement I would make is replacing the really pointy material on the floor in the glutes/stretching room. If I get off center on my mat, that stuff pokes at my skin and gives me a rash! But other than that, very happy with the gym and the price I pay to use it.
