Melting Pot

My wife and I went here for an anniversary and it was so beautiful and such a great experience! The food and service was amazing and the menu had plenty of options to choose from if you have dietary restrictions. The ambiance of the whole restaurant created a really nice experience for our date!

This was my second time in. If you're looking for something different, something that you and your wife or the whole family will enjoy; than give this place a try. I mean whom doesn't love cheese and chocolate? The service is on point, they never leave you looking for someone to help you. Friendly and patient staff makes for a pleasent experience. The hands on meal will keep you entertained and leave you feeling like a chef. I suggest you get there early on Friday and Saturday evening, or make a reservation. I haven't seen my wife smile that big in a Lil while; and we enjoy alot of good meals. I definitely will be returning.

Came here for our two year anniversary and this was my first time at the melting pot! We opten for the big night out dinner for two! Did the classic alpine fondue, big night out entree and swapped the shrimp for pork, and did the original fondue with dark chocolate. All very delicious food and the staff was very friendly and wonderful! We made our reservation online and my boyfriend added the anniversary photo to our dinner so they took our photo and we got a few copies of it! We also got a cute happy anniversary card and a box of dark chocolate to take home!

Amazing 10/10!! Would highly recommend! Me and my husband were celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary and we had the perfect table away from everyone very romantic!would recommend for your special night! Our server Zoey was amazing! It is on the spendier side but well worth the price!

The melting pot, in general, has delicious food and a fabulous experience. You're given a melted cheese option, a salad, a raw meat and cooking style with lots of delicious foods, and a chocolate dip option. All very delicious and super filling. The menus are easy to read, and the waiters take you through the process of selecting your food as well. Half the time that I've been to this specific melting pot has been great, the other half not so great. Once we were seated in an empty restaurant directly next to another couple. That wasn't very romantic or private, and the waiter was pretty rude. On a few other occasions, we also got some petty rude waiters. When I'm spending as much as I'm spending, I expect much better service. Lately, though, we've been getting much better service. We've had nice hostesses, waiters, and been seated privately. I will continue to feel out how this goes and change my review if the experience stays in an upward tangent. All in all, a lovely dinner and experience here lately.

Made reservations here a month in advance for Valentine's Day. Credit card was required to make the reservation. Price included, a sachet of flower petals, glass of champagne or sparkling cider, a complimentary photo and gratuity. The price goes up for bouquets of flowers and other things. It was our first time here so we didn't know what to expect but our waitress walked us through the whole process. She made our cheese fondue right at the table and for our entree she went over all the cooking times for each protein. Dessert Fondue was also made at the table and flambeed. Everything from beginning to end was sooo good! Did I tell you it was good? Because it was! It's pricey but we understood that you're really paying for the experience and for us it was worth it. Definitely recommend it.

Not enough good things could be said about this place! Haven't been to a Melting Pot in years, and now I'm wanting to come here for all the big occasions! Drink: Blackberry Margarita was a great fruity cocktail that wasn't too strong or over powering. Cheese: The Alpine was soooo buttery, smooth, slightly salty, and not too heavy at all. Salad: Caesar was great, candied pine nuts were a great touch, and even though I'm not a fan of pre-dressed salads I feel it was done perfectly! Entree: Coq au Vin was perfect for the shrimp, mushroom ravioli, and salmon, and there are sooooo many sauces to use for dipping and making everything your own. Chocolate: the Yin & Yang was the best balance with the dark and white chocolate together with fresh fruit and pastry items (the blondies won it over for me though!) We also got a box of chocolate covered strawberries to go, and don't regret the decision at all. Service was amazing, Billy was doing the MOST and dealing with a bunch of Homecoming parties and was still perfectly attentive and professional.

We had so much fun coming to the melting pot! The food was way better than we actually expected and our server, Bella, went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were enjoying everything. As a vegetarian, we felt well cared for and the food was honestly delicious. Will definitely be back for another special occasion.

Darius and Shelby took terrific care of us! We are thankful for our experience in the delicious food. Please take good care of them as they are taking great care of everybody else that comes in the door. Thank you for reading.

We attended The Melting Pot as a large party, including 2 children, for a birthday celebration. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect, and our server went out of her way to make sure everyone was having the best possible experience! I highly recommend this wonderful establishment!
