The food is wonderful and the experience is wonderful. Stephanie was our waitress and she was on par with communication and very pleasant. She is the reason many people will enjoy coming to the Melting Pot. 5 star review and I hope her manager sees this review and commends her for her excellent work.

The food and atmosphere were amazing, but the real gems are Gerald and Nico, our servers. They went above and beyond to make our first time to the Melting Pot a truly memorable experience. We had an absolute blast here and can't wait to come back! Thank you, Gerald and Nico!

Great date night spot! The atmosphere and the service is great. It’s a fun experience all around! We ordered the “bigger night out” for two. It comes with cheese fondue of your choice, salad, a cooking style of your choice, and choice of chocolate fondue for dessert. We got the Wisconsin cheddar, the wedge salad, mojo cooking style(Cajun spices, citrus, garlic, and cilantro,) and regular milk chocolate for dessert. You get a variety of breads, veggies, and apples to dip in the cheese, and a variety of meats to cook with the mojo cooking style, and 6 different sauces to try. After going here twice, I think I would return for the atmosphere and experience, but the food is just mid.

Delicious! At first you think there's no way this will fill you up but I really does. There was nothing I didn't love. It's definitely expensive tho so be careful! The lemonades are $10 😭 we spent $144 on 2 people. If you have a little spare money I recommend this 100%! I will be back.

Very unique and fun fondue dining experience. Had never been to this place before and I wasn't able to get a table at the Brazilian Grill down the block from this place, so I decided to try something new. First off, unique location because it's underground beneath another building, so you either take the mini staircase down below on a street corner or you go into the main hotel building and you use their elevators to go down to the first floor to get access to another entrance of the restaurant. It's a very cozy and romantic environment and atmosphere, you can even request isolated hidden in a corner little booths for two with candles and rose pedals spread all over, for a romantic date. Other than a fantastic selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, their menu consist of primarily a four course meals of a variety of different cheese fondue selections, salads, main entree like seafood and steak selections mixed with vegetables and unique broths you cook everything in a melting pot that's set on a single induction stove built into the center of each table. You either stab everything with a sequer and cook it in the melting pot of broth for 45 seconds to 2 minutes depending on how cooked you want it or you just toss everything in the pot and pull it out with a large draining spoon. And then lastly there is a variety selection of dessert fondue menu options like banana foster which was white chocolate mixed with caramel, sliced bananas, and creme brulee mixed with an assortment platter of delicious sweets to dip it into the banana foster, such as sliced bananas, strawberries, pineapple, two different brownies, angel food cake, rice crispy treat cubes and toasted marshmallows. And they provide an assortment of 6 different dipping sauces with the main entree, the ginger dipping sauce was my favorite with the different steak slices I was provided. They allowed flavored changes and free refills at no extra charge for my lemonade drinks. I received a 10% military discount on my entire meal. Everyone was very well mannered, polite, and helpful to a fondue novice. I think the only negative thing I can say about my experience was the booth I sat at the bench cushioned seats where loose and moving on me, instead of solid and secure. In total my entire meal consisting of two different lemonade drinks, a main entree, and a fondue dessert was $55, $65 with a 19% tip and that's with a 10% military discount. They have it on their menu that for a full four course fondue meal for two you'll spend between $119-$134, not including drinks and tip. And the variety of music playing inside was excellent. Overall a very enjoyable, tasty, unique and healthy dining experience that reminded me a lot of a unique twist to a Korean BBQ dining experience!

Went for my birthday weekend at 1 pm. I got the birthday package, and the quality of the photos taken as part of the package is good. My friend and I got the Bigger Night Out for two, and it was fantastic. I can't speak to the "quality" via comparison; if you've never done fondue, this is a great place to start. Given that they are placed outside the restaurant, the bathrooms are not impressive. Clean, but they will take you out of the atmosphere. If that doesn't phase you, good.

We took our son here for his first time. The food was delicious as always. Our waiter left something to be desired.

My partner and I had such a great time at the Valentine's Day event this week, the special was a lot of fun, and the staff were all incredibly nice, helpful, and attentive. The real A+ comes from how accommodating they were about the allergy requirements of my partner, and the gentleman serving us went above and beyond to point out ingredients, and get us really nice replacements for some of the items. It's a cute place to go for a date, and the whole experience is a great time.

Yesterday I took my adult daughter to a ballet at Newmark Theatre, and afterwards to dinner. When we looked for a place near the theater this one caught our eye. The first and most unique feature to the restaurant surprised us. When we walked up to the address we saw a sign, but no restaurant. Took us a second to notice the staircase. The restaurant is actually located underground! Already scoring points for coolness. The restaurant was able to accommodate us without a reservation, as we were a little earlier than the typical dinner hour. The staff was fantastic, from hostess to wait staff to bussing staff-all friendly, helpful, and attentive. They ask if you have ever eaten there before, because if you're new (we were), ordering fondue can be a bit intimidating. Ollie (server) made it very easy for us. The menu has a LOT of great options, a good variety of cheeses, broths, and even dessert chocolates for the different courses! The food selections were great as well, all high quality and VERY tasty. We knew the price was a little steep heading in, but decided to try it anyway as a special occasion treat. It was worth it for the excellent atmosphere, great service, fun experience, and good food!

We came on New Years Eve. We were excited to experience The Melting Pot on New Years as we were told during our reservation that there would be a special menu. We even received a text message the day before letting us know that there was a special menu with champagne toast available. But when we sat down it was just the standard menu offered. We weren’t even offered a table side photo, which was also mentioned in the text. We were looking forward to something a little different. Service from our server was still excellent. And food was good. Quick service. All courses complete within 90 minutes.
