Matthew Walker Comprehensive Health Center

I was locked out of my house. It was around 7am, I went to throw my trash away. I came outside with a scarf on my head, a t shirt gown and no shoes. I forgot my keys and cell phone. I was locked out of my house. I did not need any money, just for someone to call a locksmith. No one would help me, they just looked at me horribly. I walked down to Matthew Walker and they let me use their land line phone to call a locksmith. I was so happy, because no one else would help me. They made me proud to be a property tax payer in the same neighborhood as them. Now I'm taking my dental insurance to their dental department. I'm looking for great results. I will keep you all informed. Thanks Matthew Walker for helping me when no one else would help me!!!!

If I could give 0 starts I would. Dr.Junior was the worse doctor I’ve ever had! I went in because I had been sick for almost a month. He blew off everything I said and tried convincing me that I had something that I didn’t. We got blood drawn and because he was so dead set on it being one thing he missed other underlying conditions. I’ll never return here and you shouldn’t either!

I visited Image Radiology Center and had an exceptional experience. The provider was extremely patient and took the time to explain every step of the procedure, which made me feel very comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were amazing as well friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

They were the best they took great care of see to me and my needs the dentist and his assistant both were there making sure I had no pain . There is nothing they left off. The five stars is not enough there should be a. Sixth and seventh for how they they cared for me and from looking around you could tell that was the intentions of all the staff . To help there patience Intrigued with respect and the care people deserve. There are many in this world I could learn a lot of lessons from Matthew Walker In their staff. I thank God for the blessing of finding them and pry God blesses Matthew Walker and all of there employees . I can’t thank them enough.

June 13th went there for an appointment when I say the ladies at the front desk for medical was very very rude! Attitude the way they talked to a man who needed help was ridiculous, I felt like I was getting on there nerves! This is my life and I'm coming to you for help, She said if you don't have insurance it's 30.00 dollars and if they do lab your gonna have to pay for it! They don't offer help getting insurance anymore? My blood pressure was through the roof I was dizzy standing there no one offended to help me sit down my husband who could barely stand himself had to help me! What happened to Matthew Walker? No one wants to help you but will make you feel degraded and ashamed for seeking help, My heart is broken and I was embarrassed in front of other people.. why just why do me like this 😭

Matthew Walker CHC is an exceptional Health Center, providing excellent service to anyone using their services. The doctors, Nurse Practitioners and all of the staff there, and I do mean, all of the staff, go above and beyond to treat each patient as if they are a valued family member. This from the front desk, security guards, nurses, support staff, and other employees, each makes me feel as if my health and well being is their number one concern. Dr. Keith Junior is kind and takes the time to listen to my concerns, and then answers any questions I may have, explaining what I can do to contribute to improving my health and well-being. I ha e noticed this same dedication from the entire staff that I have met, from the time I arrive for my appointment until it is finished and I am leaving. This same thoroughness is even evident when speaking with staff on the phone. It is well worth the drive from Columbia to receive such great care.

I was a referred from Vanderbilt PAS to Matthew Walker. I was a little skeptical from some of the reviews. They were incredible. They saved my life. I ran out of meds after my grant ran out from Vandy. I have no insurance and am currently unemployed and broke. I qualified for their grant and was treated extremely well. They enrolled me in the clinic and are covering 100% of the cost. I am so grateful and highly recommend Matthew Walker. My appointment was at 10 am and was greeted immediately by very friendly front office staff. It took maybe 15 minutes to fill out the new patient paperwork, and then went right to the next step. 20 minutes later i was in the Doctor's office and was greeted by the incredible AMBER who enrolled me in the grant. She is a doll and is so sweet and personable. Soon after, Dr. Junior came in and i explained what i was going through. He was also incredibly kind and very professional. Dr Junior talked to me, examined me, and totally saved my life. They filled my script right then and there and I was gone with meds in hand by 12:45. Less than 3 hours for the whole experience. Dr Junior and Amber are life savers and i am so impressed at the professional, and courteous care i received. A++++++

Very satisfied everyone was very friendly. My dentist and the assistance We’re compassionate and explained everything in detail, they took the time to go over everything with me explained all my options and the best treatment. I was very pleased with my visit and would recommend anyone to go there.

Pro: affordable care for non-insured patients, fast service, and friendly staff. Con: I went in for a strep test I was given a rapid test only that was negative. The pediatricians gave my son a rapid test for strep throat as well as a strep test that went to the lab. My two-year-old rapid was negative however the lab strep test came back positive. In the future I hope more investigation is given to patients that are showing signs (for example: throat irritation) linked to the concerns shared to the nurse/doctor. I will say the nurse quickly resolved my issue and overall, I'm happy with the service.

I'm only giving a two because I've been in the past, Pamela was who I saw and I loved her. I requested for an appointment 2 weeks in advance only to go to an empty parking lot. Found out from a guy walking out AC went out and no call nor email was sent to me. Communication is key to me and the physical was really needed. I'll be taking my services elsewhere which I'm able to get Dental and Medical In the same place. They are not taking any dental patients right now which I understand but sucks.
