This has been my clinic FOR YEARS, I even take my baby here. I don’t appreciate coming into the clinic the other day around 2 ish and getting turned away because “the doctor is too busy”. It’s just the attitude I was given, the lady told me to try again tomorrow even after I told her my baby was projectile vomiting and I got told over the phone to come in for a walk in. I’m going to have to look into going somewhere else if they don’t get their attitudes in check.

I guess the time I picked was pretty good. There weren't a lot of people and I was seen pretty quickly. The receptionist weren't the friendliest but they weren't rude either. Dr. Hicks was very nice and understanding. There was no one there that day to do labs she wanted ordered but when I came back this week I just walked in and out and there was no waiting. The nurse who drew my blood was amazing! I always bruise really bad but there is barely a mark where she did it. I was very impressed. Honestly the only downside are the patients. People come in with their whole family and 5 kids and are just obnoxious. If not for the patients this place would be amazing. Second Visit: Waited for an hour, spoke to two receptionist, didn't see the doctor and I had an appointment I was early for! They did quickly find a place for me for the next day but I'm still frustrated that it happened.

Called in to see if I could schedule an appointment the lady who answered the phone WAS RUDE! She hung up before I could even finish explaining why services I needed.. just said “call back later” and hung up!

First, Dr. Williams is great! She informative, attentive, and thorough. Second, the staff before being seen is horrific. Follow ups must be initiated by the client/parent, otherwise, nothing happens. Third, phone messages are not returned. I have left voicemails for specific providers and was told directly that they didn’t not receive them. Fourth, the electronic messaging system is not utilized. I have sent message there and none were returned. Appointment notes are not accurately documented either. Fifth, it’s really hit or miss, and it’s been significantly more misses with MWComp.

Phenomenal teaching hospital. Amazing residents and allowing walk ins? They truly want to serve the public. Its a doctors office for a community and the staff is so welcoming and friendly. I have another appointment set up and i encourage all to follow in my footsteps. If you want to be understood and feel comfortable during any kind of visit this is the place to go. You expect to be uncomfortable going to a teaching hospital but the fresh minds and great attitudes keep you from feeling insecure. Megan J. is a student at the hospital for a few weeks and not only made me feel comfortable to be real but did not make me feel shame/embarrassment for not being in perfect health. So happy I chose to go here and will not stray in the future

My appointment as at 2:20pm and I arrived at 2pm. I wasn't brought back to the clinic area until 3:45 where I was seen by the doctor. There were several people that were seen before me, even though I had been waiting over an hour. When I scheduled my appointment I told them my reason for coming in was to follow up for uterine fibroids. It wasn't until I spoke with the doctor that I was told they don't have ultrasound or CT equipment. Also, I wanted to discuss birth control options. Instead of doing that the doctor criticized my reason for wanting it. I didn't leave until 5:11pm. I will never return and I highly do not recommend anyone go here. Not even on their death bed.

Cane here from Clarksville trying to be seen by the obgyn for a women wellness check and birth control removal. I paid to be seen just to be told I wasn’t going to be seen for what i needed/ scheduled for. My nurse Maria was rude and standoffish from the beginning. Told me I would have to choose even after i told her i scheduled for both procedures.

For years, I have received excellent health care at Matthew Walker CHC. As a long-time patient of Dr. Clark, I can attest to the tremendous growth in the facility, staff, and services provided. Dr. Clark listens to my concerns, guides me through my health journey, and follows up with me regularly. I would not be living my best life without Dr. Clark and her entire team. Keep up the great work in the community, making healthier Americans!
