I was told to come at 7:15AM for dentistry, but when I got there 6 people were already lined up since 6AM. This is my second attempt as a walk in. I've been a dental patient here before years ago,but if you let the dental care slip you have to start over as a walk in. Once they establish you as a walk in you can make appointments for what you need and routine care. I've posted the accurate times in the pictures since the online time is incorrect.
It was a great experience. I walked in at about 8:45 am was given a 10 am appointment and that one took only about 40 minutes. The last pharmacy was just as quick and convenient. They were very focused and the building was clean
I was told by an E.R. doctor to schedule an gyno appointment asap. I called and told them everything the E.R. told me, even had paperwork of the report that the E.R. printed out for me. I show up for my appointment I pay 55$ before being seen, then when I get in the room they tell me neither gynecologist are working today. She told me that I would have to make another appointment for the gynecologist. Then I ask her about my other concerns with my blood pressure and anxiety/depression she tells me to long my blood pressure follow up in for weeks. So again I ask about my anxiety/depression she tells me they have other doctor there for behavioral health and I can schedule an appointment which at this point I ask why did I pay 55$ to sit here and be told to go upfront and schedule more appointments? She told me they are not a free clinic, well that's obvious considering i just paid them. I expressed my further frustration that it seemed like I made an appointment for no reason at all even asking again for mental health help, she responded with you tell me what you want to do you know your body. I'm beyond frustrated and anxious at this point and I flat out told her I don't want to tell you, you're the doctor you tell me. She responded with a blunt well what do you want therapy or meds. Obviously I felt super unwelcome uncared for I told her I do therapy so I guess medicine cause at this point we've not even had a consultation about how I feel or what even the issue was and just wanted to get out of there. Now I have to wait 2 more weeks for my gynecologist appointment, because I'm low income self pay and have no other options. I'm just really sad man I just wanted some help I really hope the gynecologist is nicer
Matthew Walker CHC was so kind and and detailed. I really feel careful and supported. I was in so much pain when I entered the building for my tooth and despite having not having health insurance, they treated me like I was a five star customer and for that they get five star ratings
The front desk staff at this dental clinic are extremely unprofessional and careless. They never answer phone calls, and even when I am physically in the office, I see them ignoring the phone while patients are left on hold with no follow-up. Their answers are always inconsistent — one time it's yes, the next time it's no — as if they have no knowledge of their own work. The lack of organization and attention is unbelievable. This level of neglect is unacceptable and makes the whole experience frustrating and disappointing."👎👎👎👎
I would not recommend this practice or its practitioners for anyone. Prices are affordable and with low prices comes low professionalism, service, and care. Practitioners waste your time or don’t have a wide base of knowledge to complete simple forms—I had to call multiple times for a practitioner to complete a clearance form after completing physical etc that she came up with along the way, then even more time for her to send form to doctor and then claimed she thought I would come pick it up—Just ridiculous. I went recently for TB Blood test and for health questionnaire form to be completed that only wanted a REVIEW of vaccines already completed and after wasting my time yet again for 30-45 minutes the practitioner then claimed that she couldn’t complete the form. Will not be returning.
I appreciate the fact that there are people here assisting so many ethnicities. It is a beautiful sight to behold!
I saw Dr. Lewis today. She is a delight. Very easy to chat with about medical issues. They are lucky to have such a wonderful Doctor.
Travonda did an excellent job assisting my daughter and I with check-in. She went as far as checking my insurance and finding out my insurance covered dental which I wasn't aware of. I wasn't expecting the level of service and assistance. TY
Ive come here 4 timess in the past 3 months trying to get wisdom teeth pulled. This time i waited 5 hours before i was told they wouldnt be able to extract my tooth because their xray machine was down…… dame excuse i got the other 3 times ive come…. After 5 long hours in pain, im turned away…. Again. I will never come back here. Their dentist is a JOKE. Oh. And their appointments? Are months out. So i did a walk in got there at 7:15am when they opened didnt get told the xray machine was down until 1:28pm.
