I will never deal with this place again , and will definitely never recommend it 3 months to not finish a root canal and trying to charge me more to finish it . This is literally bad practice. I have to go somewhere else for them to finish the job . I have never felt so disrespected by a doctor's office. Nor will I ever go back

The last time I went the practictioner was literally yelling through the door..then I'm telling her what is wrong with me she wouldn't take my word for it . I had to be put in the rinse cycle to go through the spin cycle just for her to tell me what I told her at first. If you need labs get ready to sit for hours while they walk back and forth doing nothing. It's one technician that can't do her job because she busy running up behind her coworker Everytime the co worker leaves out the office here she come running up behind her like a 1st grader. She never called anybody the whole hour I sat there. It was an older tech, she was about business. Call 4 patients to the 1st graders 1. SMDH. This is what the medical field has come to. They don't listen. They too busy doing nothing. And want to practice on ,you.

Was totally denied all services and medicine after being the 1st on the wait list today and after paying for my visit out of pocket and waiting over 2 hrs to be seen. I’m white but I don’t treat African Americans any differently. Please stop the extreme hate, racism, and medical negligence or shut down your clinic until you can service people of all skin types. The Dr I saw trained another medical student, to also be racist like her. How very sad and horrific for our community.

Loved all the receptionists and and the doctor I had seen! Very knowledgeable and helpful! However, the older woman who did my blood work in the lab was extremely rude! I asked her a simple question and she made a face, had an attitude, shook her head, and raised her eyebrows in disbelief.. all I asked is if drawing my blood when I was already feeling like passing out lol. I don’t think that deserved such a hateful reaction??? Sorry I am not the expert here just the sick and concerned patient. Idk if she had a bad day or is like that all the time.

I just like to Thank Dr.Marissa Dopson for her professional service.l never met such Awesome Dentist in My life and believed me l have had plenty of them being High Maintenance! She’s very Kind and you can tell she really enjoys her job! When numbing my mouth she took her time and l really didn’t feel a lot of pain and she was kind enough to explain all of my options. I just want her to know that l really appreciate her and this was one of the Best experience l have ever had ! Thanks Sallie Moreland

I have a major phobia of dentists and needed 5 teeth pulled in preparation for an upcoming surgery. Dr. Brown was AMAZING!! When I began to have an anxiety attack while she was working, she stopped, let me calm down again and didn't return to the procedure until I was able to continue. This was the first time I was able to have work done without a major anxiety attack leaving me a crying, blubbering, mess by the time my visit was done. I cannot say enough good things about The Matthew Walker Clinic. They REALLY take the time to make sure you're comfortable, they're friendly, knowledgeable and an all-around great place to go for all your needs. I should have had ALL my work done there!! Lesson learned!

Everyone was super nice. Super respectful and super super understanding of my fear. I went in in tears because I am embarrassed of the way my neglect has made my teeth. And she didnt talk down to me or make me feel bad The techs name was Fetina and she was absolutley amazing. She talked to me about other things because she knew I was nervous, and made a miserable experience, a happy one. I left the office feeling like I had made new friends. Dr. JAMES was awesome. She did amazing and also I believe Dr Ross was her name, she was also magnificent. Also aside from being just awesome at their job they operate on a sliding scale, take tenncare, all that good stuff. Amazing and I never thought id say this but im excited to go back now! Thank yall so much.

I had an dental appointment here at 9:30 AM ON 4/2/25. They had me sitting there for 2 hours and still haven't called me back. I went to the desk and rescheduled my appointment and now my appointment is all they way out to June. Wow! This is crazy for me as I was sitting there i seen people come in after me and went back immediately but they never called me to come back. I better not be charged foe this visit and I am not coming back for my appointment in June. This clinic needs to get it together. It seems that if you have an appointment they don't call you back within 15 minutes of your time. Booo and I will not recommend anyone to go there. Thanks

I really like this place. Friendly staff, very professional, very clean. I've been going here for several years, haven't had any problems with them.

Dr Ross is a fantastic dentist, she is very professional and very nice person too. If I could I would give her more than five stars. I would recommend her unconditional to anyone looking for a dentist. Her nurses are very nice and professional.
