The worst experience my mother ever had. I am the care giver of my mother and I took her to this awful clinic. Reception staff were nice but very very super slow. The nurse associate Rafferty Rhonda who saw my mom.was the worst nurse I ever meet ,as she does not know what the hell she is doing plus that she was rude to me and mom. We paid $180 for just checking her blood pressure and the nurse Rhonda looked at mom's records which is from 2014 and ordered the same exact medications ( 6 meds that mom does not need anymore). I am not sure how in the world someone prescribe a medication before she even knows what was wrong with mom. As I have mentioned before she only checked her blood pressure and did not ask enough questions to know mom's case & she did not even listen to me trying to explain some important things. Anything I was trying to say or show her she was saying oh I do not have time for that but on the other hand the clinic has time to charge you $180 for each visit for doing nothing and not even treated nicely! ( we were stupid enough to return for follow up and paying $180 for follow up!! I never seen a clinic that help the poor charges the same exact amount for follow up! Rip off!! . Experienced nurse would know that if blood pressure is high before breakfast and before taken meds, and also a knowledgeable nurse would know that blood pressure keep changing every half an hour according to your mood. This nurse Rhonda decided that mom has to go to the ER because mom's blood pressure was little high and on the other hand dr. Gaskin said that mom's blood pressure was kinda very normal for her age. You can tell that the doctor knows what he doing though but the nurse was just inexperienced! Be ware of this clinic as they only have doctors on Tuesday and if you visit in any other day you have to meet a nurse not a doctor and then you have to wait for ever to get an appointment. If you're NOT insured then you're paying $180 for each visit even the follow up visit you will pay the same. Never ever again I would visit this clinic. The only person I would thank is one of the reception staff her name is Julia who was very nice and also the lady who works in the lab the blonde girl with short hair but the rest of services was very bad and not worth the money I have paid for nothing. P.S this clinic is like a gang that if you try to speak out if you do not like their service they would write everything in the report and according to this report that all of the other staff would read later when you come to visit again , you would be treated bad just because one idiot person wrote negative comment about you. Even the doctor who suppose to be professional and classy was kinda aggressive because the nurse wrote some nasty comments about me because I was trying to speak out on behalf of my mom, trying to explain to her my mom's situation. If you want to act like puppy yes they would like you!

Only went once after making a dental hygiene appointment. It took 2 and a half hours, they never cleaned my teeth, and I never even saw the dentist I was filed under. The email addresses on their website seem to either not work or they don't answer them, and the lady who I spoke to on the phone seemed like was trying to be as unhelpful as possible

Never been there and i guess never will bc they never called me back for an appointement after i left a message a week ago. Pathetic. Sadly, i think this is indicative of the direction of a once great nation.

Horrible experience at the Clarksville location. My three year old daughter and I waited over 3 hours to be seen. My daughter and I had been sick for over a week, and my daughter ran a fever for several days prior to our visit. We both had a horrible hacking cough, and were feeling very sick. I had coughed up a couple of tonsil stones, and the NP didn't even know what a tonsil stone was. I was worried about infection or bronchitis, but she told us that our only problem was allergies. She was not helpful, and our bill will be as much as if we went to a more professional urgent care clinic. In her own words, she told me that I was wasting her time by questioning her diagnosis. Now we are both home, still feeling sick, coughing a lot, with no answers except that "it's just allergies".

So fair it’s very good I haven’t had nothing happen to me I got respond back and they were concerns about my blood pressure that an lot to say about them an good things

DO NOT COME HERE FOR DENTAL VISITS‼️‼️‼️ last time I came here I had to go get a root canal done at another clinic. But I stopped going here because they kept making up excuses as to why they could not get a crown done or whatever else I need to do. So this went on for about 4 to 5 months and I stopped going here all together. I just recently switched dentists only to find out that the root canal that they had sent me to go do was not done right. After my root canal, I have been to Matthew Walker at this location for about maybe two visits they took several x-rays and they didn’t bother to say anything about the botched root canal so now my route is exposed I have a tooth infection and I’m going back to my regular dentist this Friday. I do mor recommend visiting for dental visits at all. This place made me really not like going to the dentist.

If you need dental work done, Matthew Walker Clinic is the place to go! I was so impressed with the work Dr.Harvey and his team has done, so far! Most importantly, Everyone was very kind, compassionate, and very professional, including the staff at the front desk. If there's any questions that you need to ask. Dr. Harvey and his team will be glad to answer them! If you're looking for a dental clinic, Please don't hesitate to visit Matthew Walker dental clinic, you wouldn't be disappointed!😁👏👏👏👏

Everyone I encountered at Matthew Walker was kind and friendly. I have no health or dental insurance of any kind. They were kind enough to show me a discounted payment plan so I can choose which tooth to tackle first,depending on pain or cost,& they let me pick that as well.They were also kind enough to give me the telephone number of an endodontist to do a consult in case I need a crown or root canal.Dr. Reid was plainly a gift to me. I prayed about it the day before and everything was booked solid on the calendar & an appointment opened up for the next morning.They are so sweet,efficient & kind at the front desk,the dental assistants & all the staff are pleasant,it is extremely clean! I am setting up several more appointments in the future to get several trouble spots repaired.Thank you,Matthew Walker CHC!

A real place of healing is what Matthew Walker is. Great hospitality from the front desk to the nurses and even the custodians! A Safe environment .
