Ben was AMAZING, he was super friendly and very knowledgeable on the history of Georgetown, he made the walk very fun and i couldn’t have had a better time, the food was also very diverse and delicious, i would happily embark on another tour, 10/10
What a tour! Combination of walk around historic neighborhood of Georgetown with its local food scene. Lydia, our guide, is very knowledgeable on this area, as she is a local herself. most places that she pointed to us wouldn't be easily found in regular review or mainstream guide. thus, making this experience a real treat for us. be sure to be specific about any food restriction though, the tour definitely will make sure that everything match with your need. really had a great experience, and a full stomach as well 😁
I love a good food tour, and this definitely did not disappoint!! Lydia was a lot of fun to be around, and shared great information with us. I was very happy with the food selection for our tour! Great food, great guide, and I loved the Georgetown location and strolled around after the tour on my own and had a wonderful time!
In spite of rain we had a wonderful tour of Georgetown, and stopped at four really great places to eat at in Georgetown. Our tour guide, Marsha, was fantastic! Even being from the area we learned some new history about Georgetown. Strongly encourage locals to take the tour
We did the Italian food tour and it was perfect! The tour guide was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the restaurants and Dupont's history. The food was delicious, and it was a nice amount of walking and eating time. It doesn't leave you extremely full, but it is the perfect amount! Also, some proceeds go towards the local homeless shelter- which I think is a fantastic use of money!
Easily a 5 Marsha our guide was a delight and delivered a great tour. Food was terrific and unique. History was interesting and amazing. We are pleasantly full and our heads filled with wonderful and unique knowledge of Georgetown. Highly recommend!
Jacob was AMAZING!!! We throughly LOVED THIS TOUR!! Jacob was very detail oriented; he had absolutely everything 'ready & waiting.' He even called me to confirm because we were unfortunately stuck in traffic and were 5 minutes late. I would highly recommend this tour!!! Met & SURPASSED EXPECTATIONS!!

Our relatively small group of five ventured out with Lydia on a perfect fall afternoon. It was to our advantage that all the people were friendly and very engaging with each other as well as Lydia. The walking was well paced and the stops well timed. In between stops Lydia pointed out interesting facts about the Georgetown neighborhood. The next time we are in DC we will definitely make time to do the DuPont Food Tour as well. Great way to spend an afternoon, sample some very good food and gain some knowledge in the process.
