We really enjoyed our Georgetown Foodie tour. Our guide, Zach, was very knowledgeable and made the tour a great experience. The restaurants and food portions were wonderful - highly recommend!
My friend and I enjoyed our walking food tour around Georgetown in DC. The food stops were interesting with varied cuisines. I liked learning details of the historic homes in the area. We had a nice small friendly diverse group of travelers and our guide Jacob was a delight.
We had Jacob for our Georgetown food tour it was a small intimate group which I loved simply trying out spots I would never even thought about going to or knew anything about. I live in the northern Virginia area for years and taking a tour near my hometown was such an experience I loved it!
Had a great tour with Ben this week. Loved the history, the eating and walking through the Georgetown neighborhood. Great idea for a team outing and far more interesting than a long table and team dinner.
Great event! We always try to find a local foodie tour when we vacation and this one was one of the best we have enjoyed over the years! Zach and Lore were entertaining and easy to get comfortable with for the afternoon stroll and dine! I particularly enjoyed their passion for the restaurants they selected for us to sample. Our food tour with Zach and Lore was FANTASTIC! All four food stops were so delicious and were so different from each other. They were both so personable and knowledgeable about not only the restaurants we went to, but about the history of Georgetown. We live in the Virginia suburbs and came in for a weekend staycation and absolutely loved this food walking tour. What are you waiting for?? 😍
What a fantastic experience! I booked this to show my visitors from Canada a view of Georgetown that I couldn't provide myself and I was NOT disappointed. Our tour guide, Elizabeth, was a few minutes late due to a medical emergency; both she and the company's owner kept us aware and informed to alleviate any concern. Elizabeth was friendly, energetic, and very knowledgeable; she knew all the elements of the guided tour very well and was skilled at fielding questions beyond that. The food stops were all consistently excellent! I've lived in the DC area for 20 years and all four places were new to me and had delicious food and service. All the logistics were super well organized and we definitely left feeling full of both food and knowledge of the area. I'd highly recommend this tour to anyone, including locals! Just a really fun and informative afternoon. Big thanks to Mangia DC and Elizabeth!
