MAA 220 Riverside

This is the place where you want to live . Security , amenities, staff and tenants 10/10. I waited enough time to make this review since I wanted to be fair . Side note ; Riverside is one of the best places to live ; the views and activities are great here .

I had a great experience with Erin at MAA! He provided excellent customer service, was incredibly helpful, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He took the time to answer all my questions and gave me a thorough tour of the property, highlighting all the great features. His professionalism and friendliness made a lasting impression. Front office staff is always super helpful! Easily one of the best management teams I have ever worked with out of the apartments I have lived at. Grounds are always well kept. I really enjoy living here.

I have only just come from my tour, but I applied for an apartment afterwards. Jazz took my call to schedule and also gave me an excellent tour of the building and all its amenities. I brought my dog with me on the tour, as well, and she loved it just as much! We viewed a two bedroom apartment, which fir every one of my needs - two full baths, loads of storage space, layout and view. The location is excellent! A single block from a beautiful Riverwalk, and surrounded by anything you might need: Fresh Market, JAX Arts Market, restaurants, and salons. The building's amenities are expertly designed, with lookouts onto the river and plenty of room and equipment. And parking is included in rent! Very excited for move in. Thank you again for showing us around!

I have recently gone through the leasing process at MAA 220 Riverside and my agent, Jazz Garrod was more than exceptional. Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed my time at 220 riverside! Everyone i met was so kind and welcoming. The apartment was quiet, clean, and walking distance to the riverwalk and shops and restaurants. Maintenance was always very timely with any requests i put in. The entire staff have always been so friendly and helpful and so pleasant! Shout out to the entire staff! They always treated me like family. The list goes on about my great experience here! I truly enjoyed my time at 220 riverside! Thank you to everyone who truly made it feel like home.

I had such an amazing experience with the leasing team! From the very beginning, Jazz stood out as the most helpful and kind person throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered, kept me informed every step of the way, and truly made me feel welcomed and valued. Her positive energy and professionalism made such a difference! Morgan was also incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. You can tell she genuinely cares about residents having a great experience. Kalna was just as wonderful — friendly, attentive, and always willing to help whenever needed. The whole team works so well together, and it really shows. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, and the entire leasing process was seamless from start to finish. I’m so grateful for such a great team and would highly recommend leasing here. Updating my review since I've lived here for a bit now. I toured back in March and had an amazing tour with Jazz, she was so helpful and showed me a studio, one bedroom and a 2 bedroom. I moved in in September and have had a great experience so far here and everyone was great with helping me get everything ready for my move. Anytime I had something not working in my apartment maintenance has been here within a day or two, same day when it was my a/c. Anytime something hasn't been fixed right away in the building its because they are waiting for someone else to come out for it and they have been great with sending emails out to keep everyone updated. All the staff here are wonderful and do so much to keep the building as clean as possible and help everyone here and are so friendly, helpful and definitely make living here great.
