MAA 220 Riverside

Michelle is wonderful and really helps create such a strong sense of community. She is approachable, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents and the overall experience. There is always something going on, whether it is resident events at the property or fun things happening right outside in the surrounding area. It makes living here feel vibrant and connected. You have to come see it for yourself!

we love our apartment especially our balcony view and like how pet friendly MAA is, but have had a few negative experiences with packages being stolen from doorsteps and people leaving messes around the complex. things are constantly being renovated or fixed and the elevators and gates are down often, but management is great and work hard to get things back up quickly which is why 4 stars instead of a lower rating.

Have been a tenant for 6 months or so, overall the experience is pretty good, you will get a spacious space and maintenance requests are done in a timely manner. I do hope management can do better on keeping public areas clean (especially hallway and trash room) and also occasionally there are water bugs spotted on the hallway

Viewing this location as a possibility for my aunt. The rental manager, Morgan, is a welcoming, top-tiered professional, who took me on a comprehensive tour of the property. I was also impressed with interactions with residents, knowing them by name. I viewed the studio, 1-bedroom King floorplan, and their 2-bedroom Riverside. They all were quite wonderful layouts along with the great amenities the apartment and property offers. I could definitely see visiting my aunt here. Let's not forget that the location is ideal.

My husband and I lived at 220 for the past two years and truly had such a wonderful experience. This was actually our second time living here—we first leased an apartment here back in 2016 and loved it so much that we ended up coming back! The staff consistently goes above and beyond, and we especially want to give a shoutout to Michelle and the entire team. Michelle has done an incredible job with the property and has made it even more beautiful during our time here. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous and one of our favorite amenities. Jazz is also the sweetest and always so kind and helpful. We will genuinely miss living here and are so grateful for the care and effort the team puts into making it a great place to live. The only small downside is that the surrounding area can feel a little uneasy at night, especially when taking the dogs out, so it’s just something to be mindful of. With all of the new businesses and restaurants being built in the area, it seems like the neighborhood is continuing to grow and improve. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend living here!

What a wonderful tour and Jazz Garrod was a great tour guide. I am more than ready and excited to move in. The apartments are so nice. The side by washer and dryer is such a bonus and need and a great accessory even in the studio apartments. I want to move in tomorrow, but I will move in soon. Very affordable as well.

They fixed the problems promptly and didn't leave a mess. If I'm home when they come they are always polite seem to really care about fixing the issue. If they can not fix it right away they always let me know what the plan is and fix it pretty quickly

I had tirelessly searched for the perfect place to live, and my search ended at MAA 220. From the first day I walked in, the experience was exceptional. Despite it being a holiday and near the end of her shift, Farah, the leasing representative, welcomed me warmly without an appointment. She answered all my questions, made fantastic recommendations, and truly made me feel valued. Going through a life transition, it was important for me to find a place with good energy and caring staff. The entire application process at MAA 220 was seamless, with excellent communication and transparent options. On moving day, I met the assistant property manager, Erin, who was equally compassionate, patient, and thorough. He ensured everything in my apartment was of the highest standard, and the cleaning was impeccable. If you are searching for the perfect place to live in downtown Jacksonville, I highly recommend MAA 220. The experience has exceeded my expectations, and the staff’s dedication makes all the difference.
