MAA 220 Riverside

MAA 220 Riverside is so clean and is perfect in location. Today I went to tour the complex looking at 2 bedrooms and studio apartments. They have all the amenities you could want including fitness center, pool, grilling area with outdoor mini fridges, pet spa, etc. The fitness center is 24/7, internet is included with the trash valet & community amenities fee. The specials they have going on are great such as one month for free! Packages are delivered right to your door. Parking garage is available to safely park underneath the building. Petra Novak was our leasing consultant that showed us around. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I only scheduled to look at 2 bedroom apartments but at the last minute I asked if I could look at the studio and she happily obliged. I would highly recommend working with her and I look forward to working more with her in the future when I am ready to start applying/moving in!

Petra is an amazing lease office agent. She’s very up front and informative about everything. I appreciate her honesty and telling me about everything the place has to offer. Pls ask for her if you’re looking to become a future resident here!

Update: Still Thrilled to Call This Home After 8 months of living here, I'm still extremely happy with my decision. The three things most responsible for me feeling this way are: Communication: Management keeps me informed about everything—be it emergency plans during storms, updates on building repairs, or community events. I always know what's happening. Prompt Maintenance: Whenever I make a maintenance request, the issue is resolved very quickly, usually within 24 hours, which is much better than any previous place I've lived. Fantastic Staff: From the leasing office to the maintenance personnel, everyone is friendly and helpful. The positive experiences I've had here allow me to focus on my professional and personal life without any worries about my living environment. For anyone on the fence about moving here, I recommend you take the leap. You won't regret it! I began living at MAA 220 Riverside for a month now and am very happy I made the choice to live here. The leasing agent, Erin, gave me an amazing tour of the available apartments and answered all my questions related to moving in and living experience. It is a safe environment, and my all my neighbors seem to be very nice and friendly. I highly recommend MAA 220 Riverside.

My rating is based on 1 year and 3 months living here at 220 Riverside. First, I would like to inform that the leasing office team is very helpful and attentive, always treating us with courtesy and punctuality! They try to resolve all issues quickly. And I would like to emphasize my praise for Erin, the staff member who is always at the leasing office. As for the building, I must mention that we have had some structural issues that show the finishing materials, such as flooring, faucets, cabinets, and the refrigerator, are of low quality. Another issue we've faced has been with the fire alarms, which went off several times throughout the year, causing residents to be evacuated and left outside for at least 2 hours. Finally, my rating is based on the staff, who are always attentive and quick to resolve the issues, which are actually structural.

Tyler has been a huge help to my wife and I, walking us through and helping us understand how the building is setup. We haven’t made any decisions yet but when we do we will definitely go through Tyler Snow. We didn’t feel pressured and out of the previous experiences we’ve had we absolutely prefer working with 220 Riverside.

My fiance and I have been looking all over for the right place to rent. After lookin online at countless apartments and going through lengthy and expensive application processes we finally landed in the leasing office of MAA 220 Riverside. We almost didn't even tour after not so great experiences at other properties nearby. We were greeted by Ms. Petra who was very welcoming. She gave us the tour of the property without rushing or making us feel pressured to make a decision on the spot. We toured 2 apartments and discussed all open availabilities and landed on the floor plan we loved. Not only was the tour amazing but we got an amazing deal with a stress-free application process. We were informed within 24 hours that we were approved and got our keys to our first home together the very next week. I would strongly suggest touring this property to anyone who is in the market for a new home. Be sure to ask for Petra!

This is really nice complex and the managers and the staff are very friendly very knowledgeable and very helpful. The facility is always clean and any problems that come along is met with quick and precise service. In addition, the maintenance crew respond at adequate time to get things fixed as best as possible. And the prices are very affordable and makes it an easy transaction as to when moving in. Here has always gone smoothly. This property has some of the most caring and supporting management and staff.

Kudos to Jazz at the leasing office! We arrived ahead of time for our scheduled tour and she was very accommodating, beginning our tour early. Jazz was courteous, professional and had great knowledge of the apartment complex. We toured several other apartment complexes afterwards but decided to make MMA 220 Riverside our new home. Jazz's attentiveness was a contributing factor to our decision! MMA 220 Riverside is clean, bright, smells great, has a well-equipped gym, a yoga room and gorgeous pool. It also has direct access to a lovely outdoor fountain to sit and reflect. It is an ideal location for busy professionals, with many restaurants and grocery shopping within walking distance and a quick commute to other places within the city.
