MAA 220 Riverside

I’ve really enjoyed living at 220 Riverside. From day one, the leasing process was very easy. Petra was incredibly kind, helpful, and made moving in a great experience. The complex is always making improvements and keeping everything looking new/fresh. The building and common areas are consistently clean and well maintained. Maintenance requests are typically handled within two days, which is impressive, and the maintenance team is always friendly and professional. Overall, it’s a great place to live.

I don’t live in this building, but I had a negative experience with their front desk today. I had mistakenly received a package intended for one of the residents and had stopped by hoping to return it. The front desk employee spoke to me in a condescending and dismissive manner and did not allow me to explain the situation. She assumed I was a delivery driver and instructed me to deliver the package to the specific resident myself, directing me to the elevator rather than accepting the package or hearing me out. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unhelpful, especially since I was simply trying to do the right thing by taking time out of my day to return a misdelivered package.

My friend and I recently toured this apartment and had such a wonderful experience with Jazz. She really catered to our needs and was the most enthusiastic of all the tours we had gone on that day. We are very impressed with her and the apartment, and hope to live here in the summer! Thank you Jazz for a stellar experience!

I just want to say I visited MAA 220 Riverside Apartment complex and this place was amazing. Jazz was excellent. She so far has been the best tour guide I’ve experienced by far. She’s super sweet, professional and answered all my questions accordingly. Erin was also a huge help as well for any extra help my family member and I needed. If you are looking to book a tour, book with Jazz. Overall this complex is in a great area near many restaurants, lounges and day time activities. I highly recommend this place to move to!!

Petra was absolutely phenomenal! She is very sweet, very patient and gives you an experience rather than just talking off a script about the residents. Does her best to cater to your needs and wants for your future home, make sure to ask for her. MAA is the place to be!

I just moved into MAA 220 Riverside and couldn’t be happier! Petra gave me an amazing, inclusive tour that left me excited to move in. The move-in process was smooth, and my studio apartment is in excellent condition—spacious, with a bedroom door that makes it feel like a full one-bedroom, and all brand-new appliances. The building amenities are fantastic: a fully equipped gym just an elevator ride away, private parking for residents, and secure key-fob access throughout, including locked garages. Both Petra and Jazz made the process seamless with their professionalism and friendliness. Overall, the building has a welcoming vibe, is well-maintained, and the location in beautiful Riverside feels safe. I’m thrilled to call this place home!

It has been a pleasant experience living in this community. Both Jazz and Petra at leasing office were kind and helpful, and made my moving process smooth and easy. Maintenance requests are taken care in a timely manner. I am excited to call this community my home in Jax!

First shout out to Jazz for exceptional customer service and world class follow through. This was a 6 week turnaround with 0 prior planning. Been a MAA resident for 7 years, previous apartments were good enough to stay with MAA. This experience has been pleasant for an unscheduled cross state move. Once I made it to the facilities I was blown away. Location is fantastic and the views of the city are lovely; if that appeals to you. Facilities being is one thing, but working with Jazz made the move in experience and decision making process that much easier. Been here 48 hours and happy with the decision to move into MAA 220 Riverside.

Do yourself a favor and don’t move here. Management sucks (Except for the one guy that is no longer working there. He was very nice and accommodating.) Update: this place is garbage. I paid for Capet cleaning and cleaning in general and they charged me another 80 dollars for “carpet stains” that was probably there before we even moved in. Don’t rent here this place is garbage money hungry idiots.What was the point of me paying for carpet cleaning?
