MAA 220 Riverside

I have really enjoyed my time here at 220 Riverside. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. If I need help with anything, they find a solution. They always greet me and give my dogs treats. The security measures at the apartment also makes me feel very safe. I look forward to enjoying many year here at 220 Riverside.

I have been looking around Jacksonville for 2 months. Jazz and her management (Erin) team are top notch. They have been more professional and attentive to my needs more than anywhere in Jacksonville. I would always recommend 220 Riverside to anyone I meet. I will not look at another option, as this is home for me.

Petra has been very professional in assisting with my search / onboarding making my move-in process very easy. Can’t recommend her enough to help with your apartment selection and move-in assistance.

Caring and professional office staff. The staff and management team are attentive to repairs and issues that arise with the pool. They do everything in their power to make sure that the pool is enjoyable for all residents, all year around.

Lived here for about 3 months so far. Tyler was my leasing agent and he’s a goat! The staff as a whole has continued to provide a friendly and caring experience since the moment I walked in to tour. The move in process was simple and easy, there is a loading/unloading dock available next to a freight elevator. Multiple great amenities, full smart home, and an app is offered to make it incredibly easy to connect with leasing/maintenance/neighbors which is useful. Location is also a plus as the apartments are walking distance from Fresh Market, RAM, multiple fast dining options and central to Downtown/Riverside/Avondale/San Marco/5 Points. I have not ran into any cons yet :) My only suggestion for improvement would be to have the option to pay rent early and partially before it’s due; maybe in the future they will consider making this available (the app looks like it has that feature, but it’s been disabled). 5 Star Review for 220 Riverside! Best place to move on all jax

I recently moved out of 220 Riverside due to a work reassignment and can tell you the apartment community was beautiful and well maintained. The leasing staff were always very helpful and made my transition moving in and moving out very easy and were very accommodating to my needs. There were some issues throughout the year I was there: The elevators are a problem. There aren't enough for the size of the building and they often break. The leasing staff also won't allow you to lock the freight elevator when moving due to the fact there are only 2 elevators on property, and the freight elevator is used daily to get in and out of the parking garages. Therefore, it doubles your move time. Towards the end of my stay parking became an issue at night as the new restaurant opening on the bottom floor led to an increase in cars and residents were left parking on the street overnight if restaurant patrons had one too many margaritas to drive home. I also had a lot of issues with my packages being stolen. For the price you pay in rent, I wish the complex would invest in package lockers accessible to delivery drivers after leasing hours. Many times drivers would release packages outside the building and they would be stolen by morning. Lastly, the gym leaves a lot to be desired. Often equipment would be broken and they didn't offer a lot of equipment options. I ended up joining the YMCA across the street. Overall however, I would highly recommend 220 to a friend or family member. The pool is gorgeous and the apartments are spacious with plenty of storage. You can't beat the location.

Great, great community and staff!! My wife and I are going to move into 220 Riverside this summer and Tyler has been so absolutely helpful!! We have called, emailed, and visited multiple times and Tyler has always been responsive and timely in replies. We could not have been happier with his service as well as the rest of the 220’s staff. We look forward to moving in!!

I've been putting off this review but you will not regret moving in here! I rented a 12 months lease for one of their studio style apartment in 2020 (back when the prices weren't affected by inflation) and it was a great deal for the amenities and location provided. I came to Jacksonville for school and my didactic year was actually for 14 months, so I was prepared to look for an alternative place to stay after my 12 month lease ended. When it was time to let the staff know I wouldn't be renewing, due to my second year consisting of moving around for clinical, I let them know about my current situation and they happily offered to extend my lease an additional 2 months with the same rate that I had signed with. I just want the ladies who helped and communicated with me to know how much I appreciate their generosity and effort! The fact that they could've just quoted me a higher rate for those 2 months based on the renewal price sheet given to me, but ended up not doing so, thank you so much again! You've no idea how grateful I am and how much it helped me financially. The maintenance staff was one of the main reason I signed at Riverside also. I've stayed at MAA owned properties before and their maintenance team is always on top of everything. They tend to get things fixed within 24 hours of me putting in the request on their online portal and everyone I've encountered have been nothing but professional. The complex itself is pretty clean and has decent security features so I felt very safe living alone and walking around, even in their lower parking level. The surrounding area is full of restaurants with a Fresh Market nearby, and only a few minutes drive from downtown Riverside, which is a cute area with even more places for you to eat and a Publix for more grocery shopping. There's also a cute street market that happens down the street every Saturday and on the same street south a little is a cute museum to check out as well. Overall, I've got nothing but great feedback and a positive experience living at 220 Riverside :)

Excellent service, we have been a resident at 220 Riverside for seven years truly a pleasure an honor. The employees are very caring, exhibit so much love to the residents. The facility is very clean and safe, property manager Michelle is truly a blessing to the residents. The company, is truly blessed to have Michelle as the property manager.
