MAA 220 Riverside

Moved here in September and aside from the touchiness of the freight elevator I’ve had zero issues. Sam was amazing with helping me out when I came to tour the place and I ended up signing my lease the same day. My birthday just passed and I had a card in my door signed by the leasing staff which I thought was really sweet. They hold lots of tenant activities which is a cool way to meet your neighbors. Overall my experience here has been wonderful. I’d definitely recommend 220 Riverside to friends!

I would like to star 5 to Aaron, (I hope he is the guy in the office who I am talking about) and the maintenance staff, I don’t have any complaints about any member of staff. I renewed my lease for a second year, I hope everything goes as well as in the first one. They always call you back when you have left a missing call. 👍 I’ve heard a lot about elevator repairs and I’m lucky I haven’t had any problems with that so far. Neighbors are polite, on their own business, and respectful. Is not the cheapest and biggest one but I feel comfortable in the 1-1 Apt I live with my two dogs and my partner. I would like to get one with a balcony but +$$. Is very pet friendly, the gym is always clean and has towels. I love the dog spa. And they have events frequently which I have been in one due my time. The grill and pool area are nice.

I would like to say, that working with Michelle, and her staff at MAA 220 has been spectacular! When we get to the property they have the units ready for our installers to get in, and do the flooring in a timely manner. This is highly important to the efficiency of getting your future home ready for a seamless move in ready apartment. The staff is professional, with their highest priority being you, the future resident of MAA 220. Such a beautiful property, with a great location! Moving into 220 Riverside has been one of the smoothest and most welcoming experiences I've had with any apartment. The friendly office staff are extremely helpful and invested in making everything smooth. Maintenance requests have been handled quickly and professionally. The pool is kept clean, the gym is well maintained with a nice variety of machines and weights, and the spacious shared lounge has a pool table. It is in a great location and a very short walk to restaurants and shopping. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to live in comfort while in Jacksonville.

The combination of location, excellent staff, friendly neighbors, great amenities and large apartment units had me resign my lease at 220 Riverside this year. The office and maintenance staff has taken care of me every day after my initial move in from Tyler carrying my dog’s giant food bags upstairs every other month to Michelle printing documents for me when I’m in a rush and having computer issues. I have really enjoyed the kindness and helpfulness of the leasing office that is just downstairs. They offer snacks and water and also entertain the residents with wine tastings and game nights- participate as much or as little as you like. Erin and Chris are always ready to help with anything that is needed in the apartments and go out of their way to make sure the maintenance is always running smoothly. The building unit sizes and views are bigger and brighter than the other properties I have toured in the San Marco/ Riverside Area. With such a great neighborhood I wouldn’t mind leaving to workout but the gym in my building has better equipment than the gyms I would have to pay for so I’m beginning to love it here even more. During the summer the salt water pool is incredible and such a highlight of the property. If you’re a single adult professional you’ll love the area and won’t find a nicer place on this side of town. It’s definitely in the perfect spot right by the highway and Fresh Market. I’m so glad to call it home.

Love living here! The communication is fantastic and the entire team is super responsive and helpful. I've had some minor maintenance request and they get handled same day. The maintenance team is friendly, professional and thoughtful about leaving your place clean and tidy. The leasing team is equally as thoughtful, friendly and helpful!

I have lived at 220 Riverside for 1 year and 3 months. Just started my 2nd lease. Erin, the assistant manager has been wonderful to work with. From move in Erin has been professional and helpful with all services. The grounds are well maintained and very safe. I would give Erin and Michelle the highest rating possible. Both always have a smile and are so helpful with any needs I have on maintenance or issues. I love living in this community. Thank you (Chris)

Building is made of wood, not concrete so sound travels very far and wide, particularly from the upper floor. Garage door has been busted for about three weeks now and a motorcycle was stolen during that time. Facilities are fine and kept clean. Tons of dogs, a lot which are aggressive toward other dogs. Based on my experience here and at another MAA property I cannot recommend MAA to others.
