When the Fire Department noticed a leak in our underground propane tank I called Genesee to find and fix it. Jeff and Jordan were here quickly and repaired the tank. We are relieved and happy. They were also friendly and polite.

Omg!!! I just had the most wonderful experience!!! The person who came’s name was Jeff, and he was just the most professional person I’ve ever had, such a delight!! 🤣😃He came and set up my propane tank for my fire place and I can’t recommend him enough!! He was so easy to work with, as well as such a pleasure!! He guided us through installing a permanent tank at our commercial property in Seattle, helped us navigate the complexities of the city’s permitting process, and made sure everything was completed correctly and on time. Even after our service was established, Michael continued to go above and beyond, regularly checking in to ensure everything was running smoothly. Jeff came out to my work place and installed a propane tank for our back up generator. Excellent technician, very knowledgeable. He brought the tank, put it in place did all the ground work connections to ensure a proper safe hookup. It’s a large Courthouse with pedestrian traffic in and out so safety was high on his list. Very personable, explained everything in great detail. Highly recommend. Call them ask for Jeff to do your work, you won’t be disappointed.

Michael love and his team came out worked with us to design a plan to heat three buildings at a time. Over the course of building Eleven buildings with 304 units. They were prompt, professional and able to shift gears as our needs changed. They made my job easier and less stressful knowing I could count them to do what they had promised. First class outfit.

Jeffrey Swope invited us to Genesee Fuel and we have always very happy with their service. Genesee made it so easy to change from our previous provider. He also suggested and installed the monitor which makes it easy for both of us.
