They serve the company I work for and they’re great. Very reliable and the employees are really nice and fun to talk to.
I spoke to MaryAnne a couple days ago about getting a delivery of propane. I could tell right away she truly wanted to give the best possible customer service. I had asked her if the driver could bring the fill adapter for some smaller tanks I needed filled since he didn’t bring it the previous delivery. She sent me an email stating that the truck with that adapter was being repaired but they would come out on a separate trip to make sure they filled them for me. I know this sounds trivial but the fact she went to the trouble to send an email was very surprising since customer service is really becoming a thing of the past. I just want to say she is an awesome representative for Genesee Fuel. Dave Stuhr/Customer for 6 years.
Genesee has never let us down. Recently our road in North Bend washed out completely and they were willing to load up a lighter weight vehicle and drive it down a sketchy detour route to get us and our neighbors topped off before Christmas. Genesee has been good to us. We are still paying a very fair and very low rate per gallon. I keep telling my neighbors to stop paying too much and getting too little from their providers .. they will come around eventually :-)
Genesee is on top of our delivery needs forr propane and diesel, I’ve used them for 2+ years now for our temp heating and equipment needs. They have been proactive on supply and are focused on customer satisfaction. Would recommend for your fueling needs

From day one, their service has been reliable, fairly-priced, honest, and genuinely caring — a rare combination these days. Every interaction, from routine deliveries to account support, has been handled with professionalism and kindness. Honestly, Genesee Energy has never let us down. Even as we’re closing our account due to a governmental acquisition of our property, the Genesee Energy team has been incredibly understanding and gracious (even crediting our account for the remaining fuel in our just-filled tank). If you’re looking for a propane provider you can trust for the long haul, Genesee Energy is outstanding and has our five star recommendation.

I have been with them for 25 years when it was Cooper Fuel- though times have changed the payment plans that were much better before 2020 they are still phenomenal in customer service and delivering oil timely and professionally. Great drivers, great staff especially MaryAnn S., who helped me today and maintains the human touch and friendly vibe versus the predominant AI elsewhere. They are the best - without a doubt! Plus the cool calendars rock.
