Just had Jeff and Jorden come by and do the free inspection of my tank and lines. THANK YOU. After their explanation of the hazards of never having your lines checked I got a little freaked out. (It had been 10 years since my last inspection!) I'm so happy you guys do a free inspection every five years. Thanks again.
We work for Garco construction out in Manchester at the Navy fuel depot. Jake has been fueling our equipment and does a fantastic job. He always has a great attitude and gets into all the precarious spots our equipment may be parked at. Highly recommend this company for their professionalism
Called when my furnace quit working. Toan came out promptly. He was polite and efficient. Diagnosed the issue in minutes and had me back up and running in under an hour. All the Genesee techs I've had visit have all been great. Highly recommend them.
My interactions with Genesee Energy have been five star from the beginning. The person I spoke with on the phone initially was very helpful and friendly, and gave me some great tips on the best way to accomplish a tank swap from our previous provider. Jeff the technician who did our tank swap was fantastic. He called the Friday prior to touch base and make sure he had the necessary access. He arrived on time, did fast but safe/thorough work, and was very pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend Genesee Energy if you need residential propane service.
Genesee Energy expertly got us up and running on our new property. Our technician Jeff was professional and prepared. He went over several options to meet our needs, explained in detail the products and services, and diligently answered every question we had as first time propane tank users. We would definitely recommend Jeff and Genesee Energy in the future.
We’ve had a great experience with Genesee Energy Company supplying propane for temp. heat across our multi-building jobsite. They’ve been dependable, easy to get a hold of, and a pleasure to work with. They stay on top of deliveries and have helped us avoid any slowdowns, which is huge on a busy site with a lot going on. Anytime we’ve needed something adjusted or had a question, they’ve been quick to respond and take care of it. They clearly understand how construction sites operate and what it takes to keep crews moving. We’d definitely work with them again and recommend them to anyone needing reliable temp heat.
