Should read their Burlingame mission on their wall where is our team as well trained engaged associates our passion for service quality and operation excellence purpose is to inspire Leo and the hearts of our customers and positive growth within our community. Well Margaret here is telling me my meat wasn’t fatty or enough for me. What great customer service and I have to call everybody in the building when I have receipts. This is not your local neighborhood store unless you wanna be treated horrible disgusting wrong they treat all their customers horrible. Their corporate is ridiculous. If they ever become a chain try to get Albertsons and Safeway, I will sit outside Fred Meyer‘s and protest I will go to City Hall. this is horrible to be treated like this they ruined our Valentine’s Day dinner. My mom has cancer so I have not been able to come here for the last two weeks before 2 PM because my mom is dying has chemo. You just treated me like crap because you ruined my Valentine’s Day dinner and I wanted my money back. What a terrible community store Somebody’s mom has cancer and is getting chemo and I can’t come return my product in two weeks because she’s dying what a terrible terrible Community store! Management is horrible here and don’t buy meat here unless you want pure fat for 30 dollar steak but remember I was told they weren’t less fatty enough for me… Do you see any meat really no all fat even to the very bottom nasty quality
Pretty disappointed with my recent experience here. I ordered a pretty in-demand item online for pickup after seeing this was one of the only stores in town to have them in, I ordered it around 2 PM for a 5-6 PM window pickup. I pressed that i was on my way at 4:40 to be there at 5:30ish and the order says it was ready for pick up. Driving across town 40 minutes, get to the pickup area and say i'm here. Someone came out and said they didn't have it in-stock. Associate gave me attitude and wanted an explanation as to why they didn't cancel or reach out sooner to avoid this issue. They attempted to call me 10 minutes before I got there, but I was already shopping inside for other items. The associate proceeded to say, "you should have answered your phone." - Your store doesn't get any service. Anyway, I lost about 1.5 hours of my life and got nothing. Speaks volumes on Fred Meyer's inventory issues online and customer service's response times. Not to mention the professionalism. I get the stock issue is out of control, but you do have control of communication and responsiveness. It is what it is, but I hope they get their issues figured out because I ordered this same item over the last week at various Fred Meyer stores and they've all been cancelled. So yeah.
Just wanted to give a shout out to Tom at the Burlingame Fred Meyer! I was doing a quick shop with my 4 young kids and Tom ran over with balloons and stickers for them. He was so kind and generous. My four year old son said, “That nice man made my day so happy!” Thank you, Tom! You are wonderful!
Friendly. Always well stocked. Love having OnPoint and Starbucks in one spot. Covered parking.
Fred Meyer is a convenient one-stop shopping destination with a wide selection of groceries, fresh produce, quality meats, bakery items, and everyday household essentials. The store is spacious, clean, and well organized, making it easy to find everything from food and health products to clothing, electronics, and home goods. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the well-stocked shelves make shopping efficient and enjoyable. With convenient parking, excellent product variety, and dependable customer service, it's a reliable place for all your grocery and household shopping needs.
Shame on you, fred meyer, corporate for not advertising correctly about your hours on christmas eve. If you're going to stop admitting people at five thirty p m instead of six p m as it says on the Google and the website, (including with the wording hours may vary, is not professionally responsible), you could at least give us the courtesy of noting it on the website, as well as outfront of front of the store, (besides with a security guard because he was not very nice,) it was extremely difficult to be able to tell my family that we would not be able to get the few necessities we needed for dinner because the website didn't advertise correctly. Absolutely shame on you and all of your associates.
The employees here are condescending and rude. The fact that they refuse to provide bags with handles for disabled people and poor or homeless people that do not have cars is disgusting, as EBT is supposed to cover bag fees, and should be ACCESSIBLE. Super ableist and totally unhelpful.
This store has the most beautiful 50's department photos
I had a frustrating experience at the Barbara boulevard Fred Meyer this morning. The customer service at checkout was surprisingly rude. I wasn’t offered help bagging my items, and when I asked about a digital coupon, I was told to go to the front of the store to retrieve it—without any guidance on where exactly to go or how to do that. I’ve never been asked to do that before, and typically the staff have those on hand or are more helpful. I tried calling to speak with a manager afterward, but couldn’t reach anyone. I hope this can be addressed so future customers receive better support and communication.
I love this Fred Myer so much. The aisle layout makes sense, the store is always clean, and the workers are very friendly. I recommend everyone visit this store 🙂
